Very modern feel. Finally switching to daylight bulbs and lamps (rooms look so much brighter and crisper). Very little carpeting throughout the hotel and none in my room so felt very clean. Excellent fitness center. Overall great stay!!!

Lady at the front desk was not very polite, immediately making the stay uncomfortable as if she really did not want us there. Overall the hotel is not as bad as that first encounter. I am absolutely a non confrontational person therefore I tried to nicely respond to her questions as we were getting checked in. This was a one night stay just to rest before getting back in the road.

Nice property but hard to find, as it is tucked back behind a commercial area, well of the street and out of sight. Of course it was after dark and raining when we got there. The room was clean, everything in good order, and very quiet the night of our stay. We generally will choose a Hilton Garden Inn when traveling because of the convenience of their onsite restaurant. We did not have dinner that night at their restaurant as we were visiting family in Tuscaloosa. However their breakfast was very good with a large selection of both hot and cold breakfast items, fruit juices, and fresh fruit. The cook was extremely accommodating and cooked my eggs and my wife's pancakes to perfection. Great restaurant experience.

This Hilton Garden and its employee team are super! We stayed U of Alabama homecoming long weekend. Hotel was nicely decorated for Halloween, plus U of Alabama and Arkansas for the game. They hosted a wonderful tailgate party with very nice food, fancy service, free flowing drinks, really a nice gift to guests Friday night before the game. The hotel is extra nice including patio seating area for Non-smokers, unusual and very pleasant. Lots of parking, convenient location. Highly recommend this hotel and kudos to all the staff during a very busy weekend!

We had a very nice stay at this HGI. It's a standard HGI with clean and comfortable rooms. It may be a little outdated but it sounds like recommendations are coming. I gave 5 stars mostly due to the staff and service. The person who checked us in (she may have been the asst. manager) could not have been nicer or more helpful. Every member of the staff we encountered from maintenance to managers stopped and greeted us.......it felt like they valued our business, which is increasingly rare. We recommend

My family and I stayed one night on Monday, August 28 due to our motorhome having mechanical problems. Every staff member we encountered that evening and the next morning went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel was extremely nice and clean. Thank you.

We were overcharged by this hotel. We contacted 1-800-HILTONS . They reviewed and said we were overcharged. Even though they contacted the local hotel to help us, we have not received any refund. Get a copy of your bill and review it before you leave this property.

My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn while moving our girls into their new home in preparation for Fall semester. The hotel is conveniently located near campus and housing facilities. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel offers dining options so we did not have to go out looking for restaurants after a long day of travel and moving. We highly recommend it.
