Great customer service, comfortable beds. Hotel a little dated and old but for one night it was okay.

I truly wish when booking in the site it said the hotel was under renovation. Still not a bad spot. I was a little off because I requested an upgrade in the Marriott portal. Usually the responses are answered quickly but not this time. I figured they were just busy., Upon our arrival, I was greeted by the front clerk, sitting in the breakfast area on her personal phone. When I asked about not answering my message she replied that she just started & was not told about that feature in their system. The room was nice & clean & comfortable. The breakfast was good. I would stay there again. Area was safe & lots of restaurants to eat.

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever had the pleasure to visit. I was surprised to learn the property is actually at least nine years old because it was so new and clean looking. One of the satff explained that the hotel had gone through a renovation in the past year, so that explained some of the appearance of the hotel, but it is also as clean as a new one, which is highly important to me. Very kind and helpful staff and a decent breakfast. The location is conveniently located from the intersate as well.

Do not stay here if at all possible! We were given a room without a working TV. When I called the front desk about it, LeeLee (sp?) told me “maybe” none of the TV’s were working due to weather. When I asked if she could check, she said she would change my room. I asked her if someone would please check whether TV was working in another room before we moved rooms. She left me on hold for about 15 minutes and then gave me another room number (no mention on making sure TV was working in new room). I told her I did not appreciate being left on hold so long, and she HUNG UP ON ME! After repeated attempts to reach the hotel manager about this after our stay and leaving messages, I never received a call back from Luke Woodland. The one time I was told he was even there, I was told he was on a zoom call. I never heard back. Hotel staff and management are in the hospitality business. Pretty pathetic. Zero stars.

Mostly good Overall stay and room quality was very good but pool was closed and elevator broke down during stay. Only 3 floors so not a big deal. Breakfast just okay.

I have stayed here several times. Its convenient to Two highways. Breakfast bar is good. Staff is friendly and helpful.
