This resort was absolutely incredible for the price! We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and evening meal. While there was only three choices given, they had a buffet with a ton of side options. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Despite not having a 24/7 front desk, the hotel did a good job of accomidating all needs. We arrived at 11pm and someone was there to help us in. My only wish was that there was more information on how to rent kayaks, bikes, etc at the hotel. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to others.

Very kind staff, great food, great service. We really enjoyed our stay. I don't go to the same places often, but we’ll visit this hotel again definitely. Tina says hallo ;)

Hat uns gut gefallen, es war für alles was dabei - Kinder - Erwachsene. Tolles Bergpanorama, sehr nette Angestellte. Dieses Hotel können wir weiterempfehlen!

Leider war das Badezimmer dreckig (Glastüre überall Flecken und spuren, Spritzflecken auf den Fließen, auf den Wandfließen Haare!) Das Bett sauber! Hotel schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Möbel Flur und generell sollten ausgetauscht werden. Lift aus den 70er. Abendessen: maishendl mit gemüse und reis eine KATASTROPHE!! Reis wie Püree, hähnchen trocken und total unappetitlich gemüse nicht gar! Frühstück für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sehr wenig! Orangensaft nur als Verdünnung! Kellner aber sehr Freundlich Zoran und Igor oder Ivan das weiß ich nicht mehr wie er geheißen hat ist aber der „chef“ kellner gewesen!! Sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Die haben den abend etwas gerettet. Damen an der Rezeption nicht wirklich freundlich! Wirkten genervt! Wir wurden am Abreisetag nicht einmal gefragt ob alles gepasst hat. Wie wenn sie weiß das die Leistungen des Hotels nicht gut sind. Bei der frage vom Parkplatz wurde die eine etwas lauter ob wir denn jetzt den Parkplatz für 10€ den Tag haben wollen oder nicht. Also nicht wirklich kundenorientiert.

Preis - Leistungs Verhältnis topp. Das Service bei Halbpension sehr gut,die Bediensteten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber und zweckmäßig.
