Top 5-Star Hotels in Turpan

This is the warmest hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is very clean and the bed is big. It is very comfortable for children. The service is what I am most satisfied with, especially the beauties at the front desk, Adila, Dagulibanu, Mailhaba, and the front desk manager, Tangnur. Environment: also very good. Hygiene: very clean. There are many free items. Swimming is free. Laundry is free. There is a self-service washing machine. Parking is also free. There are free fruit plates and snacks when entering the room. The thoughtful welcome card and free water refills are also great. 👍 The breakfast is also very rich. There is also a very good swimming pool. In this hot and unbearable place, a pool of clear water relieves the unbearable heat. It is cost-effective! I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's soundproofing is very good. The room is very quiet and not disturbed by the outside world. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, which makes me sleep very comfortably. During the entire stay, I felt meticulous care and concern. The service attitude of each department is very enthusiastic. I like it very much and will choose to stay here next time.

Nice hotel co-located with several other new hotel buildings which share the same breakfast area, restaurant and swimming pool. Nicely equipped room with small soaking pool plus patio area. The soaking pool is nice to relax in after a day of dusty sight-seeing. The daily free snacks in the room are also surprisingly good. Breakfast has a lot of food choices of moderate quality. About 10 minutes by taxi from the lively grape night market food area. Overall it certainly looked significantly nicer than the other hotels we saw in the Turpan area.

The most memorable place in Xinjiang. I still miss it after a long time. The experience of staying in your hotel was great. I stayed in Turpan for another day. The breakfast was very varied, and the tastes from all over the country were taken care of. The bedding in the room was very comfortable and the decoration was very good. The walls of the house were very thick. It was very hot outside, but it was still very cool inside. The entire hotel homestay area has a lot of content and is worth a visit. I found sand therapy in the hotel on the last day, and the experience was also good. I will come again if I have the chance.

As at August 2022, there is daily mucelic acid testing in the park next to the hotel, from 08:20-11:00. Using the Xinjiang health code, I was able to get tested there (as a foreigner) and the results showed up on the app. So, I didn't need to go into a hospital. The hotel is also a short walk away from the museum and a main street with a lot of restaurants that seemed to be popular. Taxis regularly passed in front of the hotel (Didi took a while, in my experience). My room was wide and bright, including the toilet and shower. In fact, the entire hotel feels wide - the lobby, breakfast room, the carpark. The staff were all helpful, even with my poor Chinese and their limited English. The breakfast selection was fair, and everyone seemed to enjoy the food.

Wonderful hotel and experience. Upon arrival, we had been upgraded to a business suite which was incredibly large and spacious! The room was extremely comfortable and the mattress was so comfortable, it was some of the best nights of sleeping we had while traveling. The location is excellent- easy walk to the museums and markets. It’s around a 25 minute drive to the train station, less than 10 min to the Karaz museum…. Out front of the hotel fruit vendors set up in the evening and the fruit is absolutely delicious! They also have a washer/ dryer set so you can do laundry which was a huge bonus.

Easily one of the top two or three guesthouse experiences I’ve had traveling China over the past decade. While it’s certainly on the higher end of the price spectrum, you definitely get what you pay for and more. The level of detail is immaculate: given how hot and dry Turpan is, they give you as much bottled water you need & leave hydrating facial masks in your room every day. Also, shoutout to the beds—one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in China—and Japanese toilet. The facilitates and service touches are on par with the best luxury hotel brands which probably go for twice the price or more. But ultimately the people and location are what make this place special. Everyone from the owner to the cleaning staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I ran into the owner at a restaurant and he bought me dinner and introduced me to some local dishes I would have never known to order. The location is 🍇 valley. It’s a quaint little grape producing village with friendly locals and amazing fruit. All in all, Bafeng Retreat is a special place that is perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to unwind and take life slowly. Highly recommended.

The environment of Atour Hotel is really good, and the facilities are also complete. It is very warm and comfortable for a family of three to stay. The front desk is very considerate. In the morning, we didn't have time to eat breakfast because we were catching a flight, so they packed breakfast for us to carry. The business district is right outside, and it is very convenient to eat. There are all kinds of delicious food. In short, I am very satisfied with this choice.

It is said that it is a government reception, the environment is very good, and it is about 20 minutes' walk from Grape Valley. It's just that the service makes people feel that it doesn't match the environment: the triple room we booked should be the kind with a sofa, but when checking in, the two beautiful girls at the front desk were chatting and asked me if it was a triple room. I clearly said it was, but when I got to the room, I found that it was a double room. How can three people sleep? I called and said that they made a mistake and changed us to a room on the same floor. OK, but when I went in, I found that there was no sofa. It was basically a triple room changed from a double room. There was only one bedside table, shared by two beds, and there was only one charging socket on it. The other bed had no bedside table and no charger to use! ! I raised questions at the time and asked us to wait. After waiting for about 20 minutes, there was no news. We were so tired from driving and wanted to lie down, and we still had a trip! So I called and said that I would not change it. Then I didn't want to get water from the car, so I thought about asking the waiter to send 3 bottles of water. The front desk said it was okay. After a while, I called again and said that each bottle would cost 2 yuan because there were already three bottles of water in the room. Why didn't you say it directly when you answered the phone? Are you not proficient in business? Moreover, we traveled all the way in southern Xinjiang, and the hotels we stayed in gave us 3 extra bottles of water. It's not that we have to pay for extra water. From the beginning, we were assigned the wrong room, the wrong room type, and then the waiting... the surprise we had when we saw the hotel environment before was gone. It was disappointing! The hotel facilities are also a bit old. They said it was their newest building. I hope they can improve their service and live up to their good reputation and good environment!

I came to Xinjiang and chose Haichang Hotel in Turpan, because I looked at the location and listened to it. Next to the national road, in the middle of the two large scenic spots, there is a large parking lot at the door. The lobby gives people a particularly comfortable feeling. The decoration style is particularly good. The business standard room room is also comfortable. Dinner was eaten in the restaurant on the 6th floor. The restaurant was quite big, the environment was super good, especially comfortable, the service attitude of the restaurant waiter was good, especially polite, very respectful of us, especially the restaurant manager Aju Guli was particularly warmly received, we ate in the box, Aqi Guli also brought the waiter in to sing to us. We were very happy. On the second morning, the manager personally sent us a nutritious breakfast. It was really touching. The breakfast was very intimate. Xinjiang specialty dried fruits, decimal ethnic pastries, fruits, especially rich. We are grateful to the young and beautiful A A Guli. To be honest, we really enjoyed the 5-star service in Haichang. We can give a 5-star praise. In the future, I will have to live in Haichang. I hope that Haichang's business will get better and better, so that the boss can make money.
