Hotel centraal gelegen in Turnhout. Kamers zijn netjes. Parkeren kan gemakkelijk in garage om de hoek van het hotel. Ontbijt was goed. Voldoende opties. Ik vond de prijs/kwaliteits verhouding niet geheel correct. Kamer relatief duur voor een overnachting.

We hadden een suitekamer geboekt met het heuglijke nieuws van onze bruiloft op 2 mei. We verbleven in het hotel van 1 mei tot 3 mei. Men was ook op de hoogte van het feit dat er op de trouwdag zelf enkele mensen aanwezig zouden zijn ifv onze trouw (wat niet onlogisch is, bruidsmeisjes en bruid moesten immers worden klaargemaakt :)). Men heeft niet eens proficiat gezegd. Het enige wat men deed was komen klagen over het aantal mensen in de kamer. Ook bij het uitchecken enkel de vraag wat we uit de minibar hadden gedronken. Geen vraag over hoe ons verblijf was of enige proficiat. Niet eens een kaartje op onze kamer. Dit was werkelijk een mokerslag op onze huwelijksdag. 1 keer en nooit meer.

Skip this hotel for sure
Selling rooms with King size bed but not providing this. Service from two ladies at the reception was also very rude. Not worth this price, better book some quality hotel further from this location.

Samen met mijn vriendin een nachtje weg geweest van 12 tot 13 April met een late uitcheck van 14:00 Ideale locatie en dichtbij het centrum. Parkeren om de hoek. Zeer schone kamers en ruim opgezet. Wij hebben heerlijk genoten van een ruime kamer en badkamer met bad. Daar waren we echt aan toe. Enig persoonlijk minpunt was dat de koffie automaat niet echt lekker is bij het ontbijt - maar smaken verschillen nu eenmaal. Personeel en totale ervaring maakt dat we zeker nog een keer terug willen komen. Bedankt voor jullie goede zorgen! Groetjes Roel

Stayed at this hotel for a business trip in February. All the boxes were ticked, clean modern room with nice decor, spacious bathroom and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was really good also and the staff were excellent. After checkout I received a phonecall from reception because I left headphones in the room, reception kindly arranged for them to be posted home to me. I will be back in April and plan to stay here again.
