Réservation et paiement quelques jours avant pour 2 nuits via ***********. Le jour de l’arrivée prévue, on nous propose un soi-disant upgrade dans un autre hôtel de l’autre côté de la ville….et sans parking. Nous déclinons. Arrivés à l’hôtel initial…..réception fermée! Hôtel réservé pour groupes et indisponible aux voyageurs…. Pourquoi accepter les réservations ? Indigne d’une chaîne hôtelière! Aucune considération pour les clients. 15 minutes de marche avec bagages pour rejoindre l’autre établissement où pas un mot d’excuse ou d’explication. Lamentable.

We hadden een upgrade naar het 4 sterren hotel midden in de stad Turnova, omdat het Viane was gesloten. Maar we konden de auto gratis parkeren bij het Viane.

Ik reserveerde dit hotel voor één nacht voor zaterdag 6 augustus via de website op 14 juni 2022. Daarvan kreeg ik een duidelijke bevestiging. Op 1 augustus, dus anderhalve maand later (!) en 5 dagen voor mijn verblijf kreeg ik een mail om mij doodleuk te vertellen dat ik omgeboekt werd naar een ander hotel van Corsendonck, pal op de Grote Markt van Turnhout. Er werd zelfs niet gevraagd of ik hiermee akkoord ging ! Ik stuurde nog een mail, maar daar werd totaal niet op gereageerd. Pas nadat ik in het ander hotel Turnova op zaterdag 6 augustus mijn ongenoegen liet blijken, heeft iemand van hotel Viane mij proberen te contacteren via GSM (die ik niet bijhad wegens vrij weekend). Ik bel maandag 8 augustus terug en krijg te horen dat contactpersoon pas donderdagvoormiddag bereikbaar is. Ik ben benieuwd of ik nog iets zal horen. Wordt vervolgd !
