Horrible experience…TV didn’t work, toilet seat broken, bathroom sink leaking on the floor, no food or coffee in the morning at 8am. Only one elevator working. This seems to be a thing across many Hampton’s across the states that I have stayed in in the last year where this is a problem. Unfortunate because this is my go to hotel. Rethinking that now.

I been staying with different hotels since May, I requested them asking them for little discounts, but they refused. I contacted with front desk person she referred me to the Area Director of Seles Mary Ann Perez. She is such an amazing person and helped me a lot and accommodated not only pricing also batter room and services. I oversee Auto group I will be recommending all my employes and coworkers to them. The breakfast was excellent as was the breakfast service personnel. Staff was wonderful and professional. Sad that they don’t pick up rooms every night as they as they did in the past and stil do on cruise lines but I know what to expect in the future. The trash the night we returned about 7:30 pm Saturday night looked like an exploded volcano with trash flowing in all directions from the trash can outside the front door. If I were as new costumer considering a stay at your business I would have left and gone elsewhere. I will probably be back though because of breakfast and pleasant staff .

This hotel is actually two stars, but the staff is so friendly and helpful that I gave it a 3. It is well below the Hampton standard. We were there four nights, and only one elevator was available. They never attempted to fix the other. Youth baseball and soccer teams were there on the weekend, and the pool area was never cleaned. Watermelon and chips were still on the tables Tuesday morning. Two mornings they didn’t have a full breakfast, which was surprising because there’s a Save Mart next door. The fire alarm went off 3 straight nights, and fortunately we didn’t need to use the tiny extinguishers in the hallway. The countertop in the bathroom was not level, so water runs onto the floor, or onto your clothes. They service the room every other day, and you will need to ask for clean towels. So, keep your expectations low, and you won’t be disappointed.

With Hampton inns you know what you’re going to get and you’re rarely impressed, but this one is a special kind of suckiness. It’s all the little things they can’t get right. No forks at breakfast, no spare roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, no tea bags at breakfast (2 days in a row), hot water for tea that is coffee stained and flavored, coffee maker that doesn’t work in the room, no microwave, mold in the shower.
