Booked a non-smoking room and it wreaked of cigarettes. Burn holes in the curtains. Covering for light switch coming off the wall. Holes in the bedding (coomforter, sheets and pillow cases). No latch on the door. Window in the bathroom is cracked. Bathtub appears unclean and the shower curtain is stained. Both chairs also stained. Tv worked. Fridge worked. Microwave worked. Lockbox worked. Ac worked. Room was very large. Bed was comfortable enough, though I slept in my everyday clothes because I couldn't bring myself to wear my pajams with the bedding in such a state.

The equipment is very old, the wall sockets are loose, and there is no charging place at the bedside, which is not convenient.
The room did have a microwave, refrigerator and air conditioner, but the air conditioner was a bit worn out, although it still worked.
The hair dryer is also a bit broken, but it still works.
There is only a trash can under the sink in the room.
One of the bedside lamps was broken.

It ****** because the door wouldn't even latch and when I tried to fix it the neighbor called the office and said I was making hella noise so I ended up getting kicked out because I was trying to fix their door!

The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the facilities were in good condition. Although it is next to the highway, the sound insulation effect is very good, and the room is relatively quiet. If there is breakfast, the price/performance ratio is the best in California. It's a pity that breakfast is stopped, so the reservation information should not be marked with breakfast for both parties, which is somewhat inconsistent with the spirit of the contract.
