Были в конце мая, забронировали 3 недели насмотревшись восторженных обзоров. 1. Огромное количество немцев, поляков, британцев с младенцами - т.е. крики преследуют вас во время всего отдыха. ( Они не пытаются сделать хот что-то чтобы ребенок успокоился, просто продолжают заниматься своими делами - а весь отель слушает их чадо). 2. Огромные очереди в ресторане - найти свободный стол целый квест даже в конце ужина 3. Максимально недружелюбный персонал - либо это отношение к русским 4. Совершенно никакая анимация, в особенности детская - ездили с подругой и трое детей в возрасте 5, 7,10 лет - для них было наказание оказаться в мини клубе! Вся нацеленность на очень маленьких детей в возрасте 3 лет ( хотя казалось бы миниклуб с 4 лет!) 5. Отдельно по бассейнам - просто суп из людей, слов просто не было . Лежаков свободных никогда нет 6. Пляж - вход ужасный, наличие камней может привезти к травме, особенно у детей. Грязное море из-за бухты. Честно говоря заходить в него не было никакого желания. Да лежаков всегда хватало, но зонтиков либо нет либо они переломаны. Если найдешь зонт - постарайся сам его подручными средствами вбить в песок, бич боя или нет или он игнорирует твои постоянные просьбы помочь. В итоге ходили 10 минут пешком до пляжа Авсаллар (там платно можно снять шезлонг) 7. Питание - завтраки хорошие, но отсутствие нормального мяса в обед и ужин прям нас сильно расстраивало, из курицы постоянно бабочка с сплошными костями ( догадайтесь сами какая это часть) Ну и отношение персонала в ресторанах в 14:02 когда якобы раздача еды заканчивается, к вами подходит официант и просит вас уйти! Это было неоднократно. Абсолютно не рассчитан ресторан на такое количество гостей к сожалению. Немного о хорошем: интерьер лобби и номеров очень хорош, мы как раз повелись на фото и обзор блогеров. Хорошая уборка в номерах. На ресепшен хороший персонал. Хорошая территория ( но не на такое кол-во гостей). Но к сожалению общее впечатление было отрицательным. Пришлось отказываться от последней недели отдыха и перебронировать другой отель, чтобы не было отрицательных эмоций от отдыха. Могу сказать что не только у нас, общались с немногочисленными русскими гостями- тоже смазанное ощущение: ожидание vs реальность Кстати по информации от сотрудников отеля к следующему сезону будет построен еще один номерной корпус, предполагаю без расширения значительно общей территории и вот тогда будет совсем печально. Надеюсь кому то мой подробный рассказ поможет взвесить все за и против. За такие деньги есть гораздо более лучшие отели.

İkinci kez düşünmeden tercih ettiğimiz otelden yine çokkkk mutlu ayrıldık 🤗Tertemiz pırıl pırıl bir otel,yemekleri gerçekten çok lezzetli.Bütün personel güler yüzlü,ilgili yardımsever ama özellikle Çağatay Bey,Sabahattin Bey, ön büroda Diana Hanıma ilgilerinden dolayı çok çok teşekkür ederiz 🥰🤗Seneye görüşmek üzere 🤗

Как о многом хочется написать) Но одно то, что это первое место отдыха из которого не хочется уезжать и наворачиваются слезы, уже о многом говорит! Сам отель очень современный, стильный; Еда не надоедает - очень широкое разнообразие блюд, блюда на гриле шикарны, вкусные салаты, выпечка! Огромный плюс - кафе у пляжа (по меню) и бассейна (шведский стол) - в основной ресторан почти на обед не ходили) Отдельно отмечу Вафельки 🧇 Территория небольшая, но максимально все продумано - каждый кусочек грамотно использован; Анимация - и для детей, и для взрослых всегда найдется что-то по интересам! А вечеринки по средам на поле🔥 Делают на барах (особенно Лобби) очень вкусные коктейли 🍹 Номера - мне чуть не хватило более тщательной уборки. Но номера просторные! Пляж - бухта (мы там не купались); загорелись и купались с пирса - вода чистая и прозрачная! Уже для себя приняли решение вернуться еще раз сюда в след году!)

We are having a wonderful time at this amazing hotel, we went to Joes Grill on Wednesday and it was amazing the staff were very friendly and welcoming, we had lunch at Ali Baba’s restaurant and they were fantastic my adult son has autism and they were so kind and made sure everything was ok for him and us will definitely be going back again, the cleaning staff are brilliant and the hotel is very clean, Victor who works at the main bar works so hard to make sure everyone is happy and has what they need, Elif is one of the kindest sweetest people I have ever met and is so helpful she will go above and beyond to make your stay perfect she is a very genuine person and nothing is to much trouble, Dean who works for customer relations is also very kind and helpful with anything you need.

Recently returned from a 2-week stay here, a great hotel with good facilities. The direct transfer time is around 1 hour and 30 mins from Antalya airport. According to the ratings it’s a five-star hotel, maybe by Turkish standards, but I would say it’s a good 4-star hotel. I have stayed in many other 5-stars around the world, and this is not an international 5-star hotel, in my opinion. BUT - Check in was quick and an easy process. The reception staff were very friendly. We had rooms on the 4th Floor of building one with inland views. First impressions good, on closer inspection, missing a little TLC, but this would not stop us visiting again. Dusty in places, under the bed and cabling behind the TV. The choice of savory food with great with themed nights, there is a small children’s buffet area. The desserts looked lovely and presentation wonderful, but we found them very bland, maybe just the Turkish way. There are three la a carte dining options. Hotel pools all good, Entertainment was good and the staff very enthusiastic and lovely people. The guest relations team, especially English Dean, was always very helpful and checking in and asking if anything was needed. In my opinion a few small tweaks would help, heating the kids slide pool, it was freezing. Try to do something about the slippery surfaces, especially around the pools. Smoke free dining, it was terrible to have smokers around us in the dining room / space. The beach needs to be cleared daily; rubbish and cigarette ends. Plenty of tourist shops just outside the hotel, Euros is best payment currency, everything is priced in Euros and it you take Turkey Lira you have to ask for the equivalent. You can still haggle on the price a little bit, but nothing like you could do years ago. All in all a great family holiday and we would return.

I would just like to say that my 3rd trip to numa exclusive is as good as the 1st 7 years ago.. the rooms are really clean and the staff are really friendly and there’s a few staff who go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as a holiday should be..I would like to say many thanks to Dean in guest relations who is always checking on us to make sure we are all ok.. his only downfall is he’s a West Ham fan.. Elif also is one of the sweetest ladies that we have met and has always got time for you as have all customer relations who really go the extra yard to help us with our autistic son..victor in the main bar area is one of the best he’s been so kind to us on every trip here he just doesn’t stop such a hard worker..we had a lovely meal in joes bar and the staff really made our evening a pleasant experience.. not to forget the food my steaks were to die for.. so thanks again for a memorable stay at a great hotel which I highly recommend and we will be back.. Holel is so clean, nice location, stuff are so nice and polite, always whit smile. Room are big and modern. Teras are big. Hotel has lot of places where you can be through the day. Like beach is so nice, and you can chill on beach or in coffe shop on the beach which is so diffrent form beach that give you impresion you are somwhere else. Loveed the coctels, food and snack throught the day. I miss dinner on beach. Hotel has aactivitis, we tryed them all.. whit is engige whit so nice amintors.. I was champion of darts one day. Spa is beautifull, massages to. Food was fantastic, one of best gastronomy hotel. Icant wait to come again

We are currently at Numa Bay hotel having an amazing time... So far the staff in the restaurants and bars are so lovely.. Entertaining our 5 year old granddaughter.. Pools are fabulous.. Food is really nice.. The staff just want to feed you 24 hours a day. Sadly not enough options for gluten free but an amazing choice for gluten eater.. Would like to give a shout out to Dean on Guest relations.. He was always available to give great advice and help on anything you wanted.. Also Victor in the Lobby Bar... I've never seen someone work so hard... The minute you sit down he's over with your drinks.. Great service all round at the hotel... We are about to book again for next year..
