Отдых прошёл на отлично. По прибытию нас заселились в номер за 10 мин, номер дали с видом на море, вид шикарный. В номере уборка каждый день. Развлекательная программа с утра и до вечера, скучно не было. Еда в ресторане всегда разнообразная и вкусная. На территории отеля очень много зон отдыха, очень уютно. Спасибо за отдых, будем рекомендовать друзьям и знакомым

Замечательный отель, покорил наши сердца с первого дня! Ещё до отдыха, дома, решила в сетях написать отелю по поводу повышения категории номера, что сразу удивило, ответ был сразу, предложили предложения, все было очень доброжелательно и сразу повеяло добротой, и расположило к отелю. Я очень сомневалась в положительных отзывах, но..... Все отзывы реально правда!Мы даже не знаем к чему придраться! А теперь попорядку. Приехали мы поздно и очень уставшие, нас гостеприимно встретили, и вежливо проводили в номер. Номер прекрасный, на 5-м этаже, с замечательным боковым видом. Номер просторный, новый, две кровати с белоснежным бельем, а на одной кровати 5 подушек с разным наполнением! Такое впервые видели! Бар при заселении, затем только вода. Уборка нам понравилась, каждый день, белье через день. За небольшие чаевые делали смешные фигурки, ребёнок радовался! Кстати, дочь отметила, фен отличный, с её проблемы и волосами справился на ура! Такое нечасто встретишь! Единственное, берите номер ближе к морю, от дороги шум, но и нам он не мешал! Шеф повару аплодисменты!!!Питание в отеле отличное и весь день! Большое разнообразие, все вкусное! А какой морской день был...... Крабы, креветки, мидии, кальмары, суши, много различных блюд с морепродуктами! Браво! В ресторане все хорошо, столики можно найти всегда, официанты стараются, все улыбчивые. Возможно, если сильно приглядется и можно что-то разглядеть, но мы не приглядывались! Шеф повар часто присутствовал, и интересовался все ли в порядке. Кухня отличная в отеле!!! А какие молочные коктейли делают на территории, старбакс, ммммммм!!! Это теперь наша любовь! Еда и напитки всегда и везде!!!!!! Анимация - классная! К сожалению не знаю имён, но все очень классные. Организация всех мероприятий отличная. Яркие вечерние шоу, днем очень много активностей, где-то с 14:00 аниматоры везде, их слышно, видно и им невозможно отказать! Молодцы, спасибо за отличный отдых!!! В детской комнате не были, но очень удивило разнообразие игрушек в комнате, и все дети в восторге от комнаты, редко такое увидешь. Все в этом отеле с душой и добротой у людям, это правда!!! Отель очень инстаграмный, очень много красивых мест, все очень современно! Сколько мы сделали красивых и ярких фото! Территория хоть и небольшая, но за счёт множества локаций скопления не было, и всегда, и везде можно было найти место! Пляж небольшой, если честно я очень переживала, но он достаточный для комфортного купания и отдаха. Отличная бухта где, почти всегда, было чистейшее море! Плавать там было одно удовольствие!!!! Ну и конечно великолепный пирс, находится на нем одно удовольствие, он шикарный! Все на нем продумано до мелочей-достаточное количество лежаков, удобный спуск в море, душ на пирсе, молодцы! Все в этом отеле с душой, добротой и с желанием работать!!! Молодцы, так держать!!! А мы с радостью вернёмся! P. S. Уже на октябрь присматриваем!!!

Kaan is an absolute superstar! So is the lady behind the vitamin bar and Maha in the restaurant! cannot fault the staff they are so friendly and polite! facilities are lovely also! 5/5

Not sure if the hotel has declined in quality, we booked here due to the great rating. Food same every night. Chips and chicken nuggets for breakfast. Room not ready at 11pm so given another room with 1 less bed. Spa has a bad odour of urine and shower floods. Pool games same every day. Cocktails list is very limited and the reception bar which is open 24h has the rudest barman. Pool sides are not the cleanest. Rated as 5 star but more like a 4 star.
