One of the best hotels Everything was great the food the rooms the service you will find everything in the hotel do not have to go out for a minute all the time in the evening mid-day there are shows everything is clean recommends to families only one thing was wrong the elevator on each side one elevator always works load on elevator sometimes wait over half an hour for elevator except everything Good

GOOD HOTEL This is the second year I stay at this hotel. To be honest, last year I felt better at the hotel, especially the level of food which disappointed me greatly this year. The rest of the things are unchanged and very good, the pools, the slides, the rooms, the level of the desserts, the shows and everything else was perfectly fine. Those who are looking for service and a high level of food, this is less the right hotel for them. Those looking for pools and slides, I do recommend it.

Amazing hotel What a most enjoyable hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel in all respects, if you have a family with children, do not hesitate, this is the hotel for you. Delicious food, many pools, professional and fast service, amazing water parks, clean and spacious rooms. Everything you need for an enjoyable vacation

Detailed review . To give you some sort of background , I have travelled many places across the world from 3-5* so a well seasoned. Firstly , this hotel is marked as 5* due to the country I never had the expectation of this really being 5* standards however , I aware the rating is usually based on facilities available . Rooms On appearance and arrival the room looks great (stayed in the standard ) . Beds are comfy , beddings clean , mini bar stocked , slippers provided and some bathroom amenities at this point that a standard expectation across most resorts . My view was pretty decent On closer inspection rooms show signs of wear and tear , wallpaper peeling in areas and sort of shabby electrical workmanship I.e light switch covers exposes some wiring behind . Lobby area or main area was clean and decent ,but lobby entrances to rooms were dark and lights were in need of repairs . Spa Booked a treatment ,decent value for money got a fair bit of treatments in a package . Yet again parts of the spa followed the none working light themed Pools and landscaping Most pools were heated , were clean . Landscaping lovely , plenty of sunbeds hammocks scattered across the grounds and beaches 5* stars here plenty of well maintained water slides etc . Mainly , took advantage of the indoor pool. To note for inclusive plus unsure what this was about I assuming it the water parks that gave it this status . there was a lot of additional extras 28euros for zipline ,3-4euros for fresh smoothies orange juices etc like I aware and been on enough holidays to know things are extras but to be honest when inclusive plus I never experienced so much additional extras on site ,however you are not forced or pestered to purchase anyways so is a choice of yours . Drinks were awful ,watered down . Juices were pre-mixed inconsistent. Did cocktails or mocktails the concept of this was good but the taste was none existence could be too sweet etc . But we stuck to the basic sodas and pre mixed juices from machines . Food Because the hotel was so busy . Food was fresh and regularly replaced the chicken burgers were enjoyable , kids like churros and we pretty much ate mostly from the snack bars ,various snacks and packaged ice creams such as twisters . Fed up of living off burgers and snacks I did take or make a salad from the open Buffet this is were I went wrong and contracted diarrhoea.:( first time I have ever experienced this on holiday . It real and it happens like previous reviewers have mentioned . It clearly was down to the salad , as I ate in various places thoughtout my holiday and within a few hours after having this salad fell ill but luckily this happened towards the end of the holiday. The remaining 2days I refrained from eating anything . The main restaurant plenty of food available if arrived early ,tasty I would say seems fresh , bread was lovely and freshly made , early morning similar same theme freshly bakery items.
