Long Beach Alanya - Ultra All Inclusive

Guests appreciate the diverse facilities and equipment, such as kids' club, parasailing, zipline, indoor arcade, and multiple pools. They also consistently commend the cleanliness of the rooms, beds, and hotel.

We spent a lot of time choosing a hotel and were travelling with 6 adults and 6 children (ages ranging 5-12). Here is what went well and what didn't: Pros: We booked an annex room with a river view and it was nice and quiet and had plenty of space. The shower was lovely and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed our balcony and it had a rack for drying towels. We were on the 6th floor so it was quiet, with the exception of the call to prayer at 5:30 every morning. My kids loved having their own beds up the stairs and it allowed us to sleep better at night too. There are a lot of pools on site giving a lot of options. The first two days of our trip one of the pools by the main hotel was very lovely and warm even my youngest stayed in it for hours. After that the pools were a little warm, but just better than an ice bath. We aren't sure why they went from warm to cool but it made the holiday harder for the little ones. There are many heated pools and we never tried the inside pool as it was very busy. All of our kids loved the water slides! It's a shame some of them have a blanket height limit without taking into the account the ability of the swimmer. Some of the slides have warmer water than others. It was nice to be right on the beach and we really enjoyed renting a cabana to have our own space. This was checked and cleaned regularly throughout the day. We liked that most pools had their own lunch service and bar so you didn't have to trek around finding something to eat. The sun loungers and tables were cleaned quickly and often so plates/glasses didn't sit around for ages. There was always someone walking around sweeping and cleaning. We usually seemed to be able to find a sun lounger whenever we arrived, sometimes 1-2, sometimes more. There's so much to do people are always moving around. The lads working the bar in the evening were quick to serve with a smile. It's a shame there weren't more people helping as there were always long lines. We enjoyed the sofa spaces in the bars in the evenings to spend with friends. They were comfortable and offered tables big enough to play card games. They filled up very quickly so sometimes we rushed through dinner to get there and get a space. Water was replaced in the rooms everyday, one big bottle of still water and one bottle of carbonated water. We didn't drink anything from the mini fridge but we told it was included. We all loved the sauna and hammam that could be accessed for free during our stay. The kids especially enjoyed being warm! There were big chest freezers with ice creams across the property that was all you could eat. They also had a snack bar opened quite late which was great when we appeared at 12:30 from our very long transfer and flight. Our cases were brought up quickly and efficiently and the check in was easy. We celebrated a birthday while here and they were able to orgaise a special table that was decorated beautifully.
