Read the reviews before coming, for a start you will need to phone down most days for towels as the cleaners ‘forget to leave them’ they will take your stuff out of charge when you are not in the room, the customer relation come around your table as you’re eating dinner asking if you can leave a ‘good review’ to make up for the bad one's, as they have ‘bad managers’ that’s the exact word they say to you, we tipped the cleaners on the first day and I’ve never seen cleaning done so awful same stain on the bed for 4 days, floors not mopped and again no towels and when you ask for towels it takes them 40mins to bring them up, complete joke for a ‘5 star hotel ’ and the staff at the bar don’t bother to even acknowledge you they would rather stand there and talk between them

We hebben enorm genoten van de paar dagen in het hotel. De kamers waren brandschoon en zeer comfortabel. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam; ze stonden altijd klaar om ons te helpen wanneer we iets nodig hadden. Het ontbijt wordt geserveerd als een open buffet en er is voor elk wat wils. De ligging van het hotel is ook zeer centraal, op loopafstand van vele bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Ik raad het zeker aan voor iedereen die wil ontspannen en de omgeving wil verkennen. We kunnen niet wachten om terug te komen!

A fantastic hotel for family to enjoy the perfect holiday in the sun, good food and lots of to do during vacation. The staff is rrally friendly and helpful at all times. The lady from guest relstions was very pro-active by informing us about all the a la carte restaurants as well.

I came to this hotel coz i heared that it's very nice hotel where i can spend my honeymoon. But i'm surprised that we have a problem in the reception. They weren't nice with us and after they give us a very small room. About food it's nice, i liked , restaurant nice. And that's all

Ja i moja żonka Dorotka czujemy się w Long Beachu jak w drugim domu. Wracamy tu od 6 lat, aktualnie jesteśmy 10 raz a w sierpniu wrócimy 11 raz😂❤️ chyba to mówi samo za siebie- hotel cudowny i będziemy tu przyjeżdżać do kiedy tylko zdrowie pozwoli! Polecam 💕💕👌

Good family hotel . Lots to do for kids. Free rides are bonus and on site zipline and water sports also great. It has great pools for everyone. Main slide pool by beach is heated and great for kids. Food is not great but edible . Mostly same everyday. Didn't see any other cusine like Indian or Chinese food on our stay. Dinner time chaotic as people seems they ve never eaten in a long time. Some guests are very rude , I assume it's culture differences . Room was great . We stayed at harmony side with double room with 1 double bed and 3 single bed perfect for family of 5. Spa turkish hamam was stinky which needs sorting out as smells of sewege. Overall great if you are not too fussy about food and crowded restaurant.

Hele mooie hotel alleen liften altijd druk verder niks te klagen iedereen super aardig aardige hotel medewerkers en restaurant hele grote zwembaden genoeg glijbanen voor kinderen en leuke bars aan het water en genoeg gelegenheden echt top !!!

Voor de 1ste keer zijn we naar dit hotel geweest de laatste week van mei en we hebben er echt enorm van genoten. Het weer was super, een ruim aanbod aan eten heel de dag door voor groot en klein. Het is echt een zeer groot hotel en veel zwembaden voor groot en klein. Er is meer dan genoeg te doen voor volwassenen en kinderen qua animatie. De kamer was zeer proper, alles werd goed onderhouden in heel het hotel. Hygiëne was er echt heel goed. Mits een kleine tip werd de kamer opgemaakt en een beetje versierd wat wel zeker geaprecieerd word. Ook wel vriendelijk personeel en ook daar mits een kleine tip word er voor je gezorgd. Wij hebben het echt naar onze zin gehad en niets te kort gekomen. Wij zullen wss volgend jaar terug naar hier komen.
