Была в конце Ноября Отель красивый, уютный, чистый. Хочется отметить профессионализм и опрятность персонала! Алкоголь и напитки хорошего качества, подача красивая, ни каких запретов или ограничений! Еда вкусная но достаточно однообразная, то есть, морепродуктов не было (я их и не ем), сервировка красивая, ничего лишнего! Во время основных приемов пищи, шеф-повар находился в зале и беседовал с постояльцами, принимал похвалы и замечания. Приятно то, что он говорил и на русском языке. На кануне отъезда ни кто не возразил взять перекус с собой в дорогу, а даже поощрили это. Мне все очень понравилось и я планирую вернуться в этот отель в следующем году.

We had a lovely 5 night and 6 days in end of November the last days of hotel closer, Sirius deluxe hotel, in Alanya very clean and good size room the food was lovely all the staff were friendly, hopefully we will go back to this hotel again in the next year.

Amazing Sirius Deluxe hotel. We spent five nights at the hotel in November we’ve been lucky with the weather here and very impressed . The hotel is very clean friendly staff. Manager Hassan is very friendly and helpful we really enjoyed our stay here and definitely return to the hotel in the near future and recommend to everyone to stay at Sirius Deluxe Hotel. Amazing food and drinks. We love the Spa indoor and outdoor pool, beach and enjoyed eating our breakfast and lunch outside by the pool. Beautiful views and relaxing atmosphere. The cleaners come everyday to clean the room change the bedsheets and towels. We ‘ve had very good experience here and strongly recommend it.

Visited in late November 2024 and had wonderful experience. Facilities are brilliant and hotel manager “Hassan” customer experience was exceptional. Stayed around a week and always had a something new to explore. The available food delicious.

Wir waren im Oktober 2024 zu zweiten mal im Sirius Deluxe. Der Empfang war wieder sehr herzlich ...man fühlte sich willkommen. Wir könnten nach langer Anreise sehr schnell und unkompliziert zu Mittag Essen gehen. Hier wurden wir vom Kellner nach einem Jahr direkt erkannt und begrüßt :-). im Anschluß konnten wir unser Zimmer beziehen. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit dem direkten Meerblick sehr schön. Durch den Verkauf der Anlage an die Mary Gruppe konnte man an der Einen oder Anderen Stelle kleine Veränderungen merken. Das Essen war nicht schlecht ...aber etwas eintönig ( Burger, Pommes, Zwiebelringe, Ofengemüse ) kein Service mehr auf dem Steg. Die gemieteten Bungalows musste man sich selber herrichten. Keine Eiscreme mehr zur Mittagszeit. Eben nur Kleinigkeiten ....aber es viel auf. Aber das Personal war top und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hassan, auch erkannte uns nach einem Jahr sofort wieder, war immer freundlich und hatte ein Ohr für uns. Er hat erklärt, das ein neues Konzept im kommenden Jahr vieles besser macht. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei der Gästebetreuung Kathrin. Sie hat sich sehr liebevoll und rührend um die Gäste gekümmert !!! Vielen Dank Kathrin für den "Rosentisch" im ala Cart Restaurant.

Last minute break for Winter Sun towards end of season. Hasan the operational manager was hands on and knew exactly what was going on at all times. All Staff were very friendly and nothing was any trouble for them. Weather was great and even when it rained the once, there was plenty of stuff to do inside the Hotel. Snack bar had great freshly made Pizza's too. Buffet food was good and the A la Carte Turkish night was very nice and fresh. Will definitely becoming back in the future. Thanks again.

13-17 Kasım arası konakladığımız Sirius Deluxe Hotel den çok memnun ayrıldık. Özellikle personelin ilgisi güler yüzlü karşılaması bizi çok mutlu etti. Yemekler ve içecekler de bir o kadar güzeldi. Hasan müdürümüze ve müthiş gözlemeleri ile bizi mest eden Zeynep ablaya özellikle teşekkür ederim.

Gerçekten çok güzel bir otel. Personelinden yöneticilerine Mutfak şefine, Serviscilere hayran kaldık. Herkese yardımcı olduklarına şahit oldum. Bizlere gerekli olan hizmetin üstünde hizmet sergilediler. Yemek çeşitliliği, salatalar, tatlılar enfesdi. Parasına göre çok güzel bir yer. Her zaman burayı tercih edeceğim ve tekrardan geleceğiz. Bardaki personellere teşekkür ederiz.

Sezon sonu olmasına rağmen düşündüğümüzün aksine bir otel olumlu yönde. Personel gerçekten çok istekli ve yardımcı. Sercan Bey ve Ali şefe sonsuz teşekkürler.
