We have stayed in Mary hotel for 4- days during easter time. I was with my child 8 years boy we had some fun and some bitter experience as well. We had a good time with the Child Teacher who looks after the kids in the kids club she is amazing very nice and lovely with kdis and everyone. We have been given a Standard Room with no bath tub and my son loves to have one so I have requested the Guest relations maanger she seems to be good but she doesnt understand english very well She gave us another room again with no bath tub. This time the toilets are more worst with broken light and shower gives a big sound when we turn on shower taps. This makes my boy scared and I have to be with him in toilet every time. I reached to the Reception, and I explained to the Front Office member "Furkan" initially I felt like he understood our problem and he offered me a sea view room but as I need to go for Boat riding I left the hotel and came back in the afternoon. This time Furkan Front office staff member was again asking me what the problem was though I explained him in the morning. I repeated the same and I was waiting for the sea view room as he said and suddenly, he was very rude over the phone from my room when I called Front office. It’s a shame to have that kind of staff for a big Star Hotel. Finally, I came back to reception after couple of hours and chased a lady who then fixed the toilet. I'm not there to complain on anyone but to have good time for my family Holiday. I keep asking them that I would like to speak to hotel Front office manager or General manager but they have not given me in touch with them. Please I request to have front office staff to be more hospitable , understandable and supportive than being rude behaviour. Food was good and the Executive Chef was very nice guy great food. Great Music and entertainment in the evenings , housekeeping and restaurant staff (Ismail) they are all good team. Also the Bar Manager I met in the Night time was very nice and friendly. I had Spa which is good, and I would recommend it. We also had a tour guide who recommended places like safari and boat ride which is great fun but when he offered us a service from hotel for shopping I took it due to Some reason there was no return transport for us to come back to hotel I have to take a Taxi and pay for it not sure why But i think it may be due to i didn’t do shopping in the recommended shop of Alanya when the coach took us. Its not good at all. When you say drop and pick up for shopping /Restaurant in the city. Overall it was not great experience rude behaviour poor Amenities,poor Communication of English and also bad transport service from Mary Hotels Alanya, Turkey.
