We arrived at the hotel at midnight and were warmly welcomed and shown to our room. The was a family room had 2 separate rooms with a big shower and balcony. Very clean and the air conditioning was brilliant. The food was very varied and fresh. The afternoon snacks from 12 to 4 are fresh pizza, burger or chicken wraps are so good. The cakes are available from 12 to 5 with a lovely variety and the waffles with chocolate sauce and bananas are amazing. The pool is clean and big enough to not feel too crowded. There is an air conditioned bar on the first floor to cool down and relax if it gets too hot. The evening entertainment is fun and light hearted. The wellness centre is a must, the ladies have magic hands and make you feel so relaxed and refreshed. Everyone working there are so friendly and helpful they keep everything running so well and can't do enough for you. I would recommend this really lovely hotel to anyone who wants to be in the centre of Alanya only a 2 minute walk from the beach and easy walking distance from the cable cars and caves on the beach.

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность всему коллективу и персоналу за обслуживание на высшем уровне. Кухня и еда просто супер! Номер, бассейн и вообще отдых в целом на 10 звёзд. Анимация каждый день разная, Лизе и Алексу огромное спасибо за это! Всё очень понравилось, всё просто круто!!! Ещё приедем и будем всем Вас рекламировать и рекомендовать.

We visited Hoi An for 3 days and stayed at this lovely hotel. Everybody is lovely helpful and first class. The staff, especially Khanh Ly , Thao Ly and Thuong, were extremely friendly and helpful.The breakfast, the rooms, and the pools , everything else was perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to any of my friends visiting Hoi An.

Отель дает все что нужно для полноценного отдыха, еды достаточно что бы найти себе наиболее подходящую. Единственное время когда вы не можете есть это с 17 до 19, все остальное время так или иначе присутствует еда. На ресепшене все максимально дружелюбные, если не знаете никаких языков объяснят на пальцах. Ремонт в нашем номере был явно не новый, но претензий к нему не имею. Главное все работало, душ исправен, кондиционер холодит, кровать чистая. Но будьте готовы к цифровому детоксу, если решите не покупать симки. Тк вайфай бесплатный только в лобби. В комнате его нужно покупать отдельно. Есть возможность посещения сауны, недолго и вы точно почувствуете разницу в отношении между вами и теми кто заплатил за процедуры. Отдельно отмечу аниматоров и всех кто ответственен за развлечения, они свою работу знают и в один из дней вы точно увидите выступление которое вам понравится а во время до вечера будет куча всяких активностей, но никто из не навязывает, так что если вы тут за отдыхом полежать, поесть, поспать, вам никто не помешает. Расположение тоже отличное, можно погулять до крепости, 5 минут до моря ползком и минуту ходьбы. Внутри отеля есть бассейн, там можно чуть охладиться. Короче говоря не пожалел денег, единственное следующий раз буду планировать путешествие без участия анекса, для них я отдельный отзыв напишу.
