Vikingen Infinity Resort & Spa

Me and my partner stayed here for a week in September. We paid extra for a sea view room, well worth the extra money. Balcony’s are plenty big enough for two people to sit and dry towels etc at the same time! Food & Drinks There are bars dotted all around the hotel One in the main lobby/reception One down by the pools One by the peer/sea One bye the slides & One further down the beach where they hold ab amazing beach Party on Sat & Tue They even have an onsite cafe of sorts, iced coffee and milkshakes also available from within the recreation area. Food was absolutely amazing! So good that we didn’t just have pasta and chips every night. Sushi, Roast Chicken, Wraps and so much more! We were even amazes with all the pudding options a lot more than we have seen at other all inclusives! Drinks also very good a selection of cocktails served at all the above bars a long with beer, wine and of course you can just have spirits with (or without) mixers. The hotel also has a little shop for souvenirs and any essential items you may have forgotten. You can even grab the “designer” bags and clothes from here so if you didn’t want to you wouldn’t have to leave the hotel at all Day trips/ excursions We only did the 2 during our week 1) Big Kral, Boat trip An approx 5 min walk from the hotel, really great. We went on the Saturday for the all inclusive beer & wine! 2) Parasailing Booked down by the beach area from a really friendly guy and it was amazing. They also take drone videos / photos should you want those they cost extra at the end, but no pressure to buy if you don’t want We ate at the restaurant(s) every day and neither of us got sick, I saw some reviews mentioning the food, but for us it was no problem. Housekeeping were extremely friendly and we had our room cleaned and new towels every day, even a swan towel and a special love heart towel for our last day. All staff friendly and smiling! I am struggling to think of anything to knock with this hotel, maybe that you are next to a busy road, but so are all of the hotels in Antalya/Alanya the dual carriage way traces along the coast from the hotel. This however really did not make any difference, it’s not like the road is all you can hear, you can only notice it if you’re trying to! I would give this hotel a 5* rating

Me and my boyfriend visited this resort september 2025. The staff are friendly and helpful. The all inclusive food was great and there was lots of entertainment and different locations to the resort so we always had something to do. We spotted some lovely little cats running around which we (and other guests) loved, could you add water bowls around the resort for them? The only downsides during our stay were the guests being extremely rude and ill-mannered but that is not the hotels fault of course and every morning we woke up with bug bites from gnats that we caught flying around our room from the day we booked in, maybe you could spray bug repellant whilst cleaning. But aside from those 2 problems we loved our experience and definitely recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am so disappointed, arrived with family , for my sons birthday, this supposed to be 5 start hotel , with all inclusive, room we got have only one double bed and one single and small corner , not a bed , no pillow on it no blanket . Balcony , there is wall front of you , horrible. Also usually all 5 start hotels have free wife well not for this one ! Had to pay 40 euros for 7 days just to use hotels WiFi . No snacks or food for us , when went ask for drinks was told no milkshakes left . In bathroom no sanitary items ( shampoo ) never seen 5 start hotels like this :( very very bad I regret booking this hotel :( When we arrived , there was man who was absolutely refusing go back to room they have given to him , it’s so bad .

Big hotel but the staff do more than expected food excellent for the amount of guests and people from all over the world they catered for all bars all good u after queue for a little bit in busy times but not a problem the hotel rooms clean and tidy English money taken in the shop the only one thing is a lot of people waste food pile there plates up and not eat anything u can try all the fabulous foods if u like go back yusif the bar man is a credit to the hotel at the pool bar we add a fabulous time if u need shopping over the bridge walk past the big ship and shop till u drop and any of the bars or shops will give u a lift back for free

This is the second time we have visited this hotel and it did not disappoint. Value for money is fantastic. Our 3 children age from age7 to age 20 and they were entertained all day from 10am-2am for the older one's. The kids club and staff were brilliant and our little girl loved the Mini Disco and shouting "DJ Music". There was plenty of choice of food all day long if required. The hotel was kept clean and pool areas immaculate. The staff did not stop all day long cleaning and providing a top notch service. Rooms were comfortable and clean, fresh towels each day. People complain about the cleanliness? How much time and mess are people making in their rooms? We would love to return again...

Friend and I stayed here for 5 nights. You could not fault the hotel at all, we will certainly be coming back. Dont read all the negative reviews.
