Came to Alanya with my family and 6 year old son, we stayed at the Senza Inn Resort. We had the most amazing time here, the hotel was beautiful with multiple pools, kids water park and playgrounds, bars, markets, food stalls with popcorn and candy floss. It had something for us all. The service from every single worker here was outstanding, so friendly, brilliant with kids, always greeting you wherever you go. Most of all, I wanted to say a big thank you to the kids animation team, they performed the mini disco every night, making sure the children were having the best time! My son went to the mini kids club, and did not want to leave. Maria, who is a part of the animation team, made sure we felt personally welcomed and would join us in the evenings, and sit and chat with us. The service here was very personal and felt like you are at home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, but especially if you have children.

Bayram için geldik güzel bir tatil deneyimi yaşadık özellikle animasyon ekibi çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü günlük programlar ve akşam programları başarılıydı yemekler ve odaların temizliği de çok iyiydi . Kısaca güzel bir tatildi. Tesekkürler senza ailesi.

Hizmeti yemekleri karşılaması her biri ayrı güzeldi. Mini clup mini disko aktiviteleri çok eğlenceliydi. Ama turist çok olduğu için genellikle herşey yabancı dilde olması biraz üzdü. Yinede güler yüzü samimiyeti için tüm çalışanlara teşekkürler :)
