No receipt is provided for luggage storage, you are asked to leave it directly in the lobby. Later, I left something in the room. I called once and they said it was not there. I called again and they said they had it and could mail it. I sent emails many times, but the email address was wrong. I contacted Ctrip and they said they would not mail it. I had to go back and pick it up myself. I had already left Italy. Ctrip handled it very badly. I don't recommend it to everyone.

The room was very clean and it was about a 10 minute walk to Porta Nuovo station. The reception staff were kind and friendly. If you are checking in late at night, you need to contact them in advance.

Dear Ctrip, if the accommodation is not cleaned, please do not mark it as a "hotel". A relatively bad experience. 90% of this bad experience comes from the unprofessional front desk. Let me talk about the more satisfactory part first: it is close to the train station, and it can be reached in ten to fifteen minutes on foot. The facilities are relatively new, there is a coffee machine, a kitchen, and the cooking utensils are very complete, which is very suitable for cooking. The front desk I met on the first day was very friendly and let us check in 40 minutes in advance (early check-in costs 30 euros). The bad part: I came back from get off work the next night and found that the room was not cleaned, so I went down to ask the front desk. The front desk emphasized that we are not a hotel, this is an apartment (we are not a hotel, but an apartment). FINE, so I asked if I could change the towels or take two clean towels, and I got the reply that it would cost 10 euros to change the towels. The sink in the bathroom drains slowly, so I asked the front desk if they could have someone check it out, but was questioned: why didn’t you report this yesterday. I WAS WORKING YESTERDAY AND BY THE TIME I GOT BACK YOU WERE OFF WORK! How would I know if it didn’t work if I haven’t used it at all. The front desk was full of logic, and there was no internal friction at all. If there was a problem, it would only be the guest’s problem. Sincerely suggest that Ctrip should not mark it as a hotel, and its own employees also emphasized that it is not a hotel.

Back to Turin, I booked this hotel randomly and was very satisfied. The price-performance ratio is super high, much better than expected. The location is safe and secure. It is between the Conservatory of Music and the Academy of Fine Arts. It is within walking distance of Via Roma and other places. The hotel is very new. I booked a balcony room. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony and chat on vacation.
