Lamentablemente tuve que cancelar la reserva por motivos familiares, mi padre falleció en Colombia el lunes 8 de Julio y junto con mi esposo tuvimos que regresar de inmediato. Veníamos de un recorrido por España, Portugal y Marruecos. Si bien es cierto que las condiciones de la reserva no aceptaban modificación alguna y sabíamos que no había lugar a reembolso, hay circunstancias que nadie quiere vivir y que obligan cambiar los planes. Me comuniqué con ustedes previamente para hacer la debida cancelación, asi mismo con el hotel adjuntando todos los documentos que respaldan esta cancelación (acta de defunción, registro de nacimiento para demostrar parentesco, etc), pero al parecer no se toma en cuenta ningún tipo de consideración humana. Es una lástima que lleguemos a un punto en el que no cuenten factores como este. En la respuesta del hotel argumentan que el convenio con ustedes (la pagina web con la que se realiza la reserva) es de no cancelaciones.
Aunque otras compañías (aerolíneas y hoteles en Roma y Madrid) si han tenido la delicadeza de devolver la totalidad del dinero, somos conscientes que a ustedes les puede afectar reintegrar todo el dinero, pero reconocer una parte del abono que se realizó habiendo avisado 8 dias antes era lo menos que esperábamos.
Dejamos a su consideración este caso y queremos expresar nuestro desacuerdo de hacer un cobro total cuando no se hace uso de las instalaciones y del servicio de alimentación que se había contratado.

Incredibly friendly staff. Great location near the subway. Breakfast OK. There is a great 24-hour bar nearby, Bar Mimosa. There are even a few parking spaces available.
We will be back definitely. Absolutely recommended!

T he staff was extremely hospitable and helpful. It was nice that the towels were on a heated rack but that made the bathroom and room warmer needed to be. Would have liked more towels: Only 1 large towel was actually absorbent and the others were 2 linen cloth type hand towels that were not.
