Amazing hotel with central location!

Great location, fantastic breakfast options.

It is close to Porta Susa, with convenient transportation. The overall service and configuration are similar to those of the domestic Four Seasons Hotel

Stayed one night. This is not the first time in the NH hotel chain, but this is the first time such bad service. The room is cold, the air regulation barely works. The heated towel rail is turned off, there is a dud in the bathroom. There is a lot of light coming through the window; the roller blinds let all the light in. No accessories are provided. No brushes, no slippers, no bathrobes. There is no free water/coffee/tea either. I stayed on my birthday, there were no compliments from the hotel at all. Even oral.

Very good hotel, recently renovated, close to the metro and train station.
