You do need a phone to call the hotel to be let in. There's no receptionist because of Covid. Also make sure you have WhatsApp as you are requested to send your passport and covid vaccination info by WhatsApp before they give you the code to enter the building and get your key left at the front desk. Then make sure you a pen to fill in what you want for breakfast and send a photo via WhatsApp.

Hotel un po’ datato nelle finiture, nei pressi della metro Racconigi. Buona posizione per visitare la città o l’hinterland vista la vicinanza della staIone di Porta Susa. Camere grandi e confortevoli. Colazione tipicamente italiana, vista la prevalenza dell’elemento dolce. Servizio disponibile e cordiale.

Hotel poco fuori il centro di Torino, molto vicino alla metro e alle fermate dei Bus. La stuttura non è recentissime. Il personale è gentile e disponibile ma dovrebbe curare un pò meglio la struttura e le stanze. E'stato necessario che sistemassimo da soli le doghe del letto che si sono sganciate appena seduti. La colazione è buona non molto assortita ma abbondante. Nel complesso come hotel è molto pulito.

Наверное был стильным отелем, когда я ходил в школу (а это было давно). Отель небольшой и уже подистрепался (но не убит и в принципе ухожен). Заселялись по причине близости от автостанции, на которую приехали из Лиона и далее планировали уехать в Милан (планировали только ночевать). Район тихий, есть где перекусить. Рядом есть станция метро, но туристу от нее проку мало. До исторического центра минут 20 шагом. Есть сносный завтрак (кофе, круассаны и иная выпечка). Персонал без нареканий. Чисто. Широкая кровать (две полуторки), с хорошим для данного класса отеля бельем и постельными принадлежностями). Из минусов, отсутствие холодильника. Обращаю внимание, что в отель заселяют в период с 07 до 21 часа. В ночное время вход в отель по кодовому замку. Если хотите провести время в отеле, то я бы посмотрел другие варианты. Если только переночевать и ищите отель не далеко от автостанции то как вариант.

L'hotel si trova a metà strada tra due fermate metro, a 10 minuti dal centro di Torino. Struttura carina e personale molto gentile. Camera accogliente e pulita. C'era qualche macchia di umidità ma niente di che. Colazione un po' povera ma buona. Possibilità di prenotare il parcheggio privato.

Personale molto gentile, hotel etá anni 80, camere completamente da ristrutturare, bagno non ne parliamo, colazione non vastissima ma ci può stare, parcheggio a pagamento anche se prenotato vige la regola che chi si sveglia prima parcheggia….prezzo qualità non nella media

reception poco accogliente, temperatura troppo calda e se si vuole non si può accendere il condizionatore.Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato due insetti nel letto e due ragni .cibo basic , assenza del minifrigo .scarsa pulizia. poca insonorizzazione.
