Esperienza terribile; quando siamo andati a colazione ( 25 minuti) qualcuno è entrato in camera portando via denaro e gioielli. Non sono risultate porta e finestre forzate. In sala colazione eravamo l'unica coppia.Il gestore non ha voluto chiamare la polizia, minimizzando l' accaduto e non fornendo assistenza. Quando abbiamo ricordato che per legge la proprietà è responsabile di furti e danneggiamenti ai beni dei clienti all' interno dell' albergo, ci hanno risposto di fare denuncia alla polizia ( cosa che abbiamo fatto) ed eventualmente citare l' albergo per danni.

Direi esperienza nel complesso positiva. Senza troppe pretese. Sia per l'alloggio ( siamo stati in un appartamento nel cortile adiacente all'hotel),per la colazione molto varia e con piatti sia dolci che salati home made, Per lo staff disponibile . È un 2 stelle e si difende bene. Benché situato nel centro storico è comunque abbastanza distante dalle principali attrazioni soprattutto se si hanno bimbi piccoli e dovete andare a piedi. Ottimo il parcheggio ( a pagamento e su richiesta) della struttura. Unica vera pecca i rumori della notte provenienti dalla strada fino a tarda notte( infissi datati) e quelli causati dai vicini di appartamento diciamo molto focosi che non mi hanno fatto chiudere occhio!!! NB:Al momento la facciata del palazzo è in ristrutturazione, c'è il ponteggio. Davanti all'entrata c'è la questura e i parcheggi sono riservati a loro. Grazie per questo bel weekend!

Perfect for my one night trip to Turin, in a great area for transport (trains, trams and buses) as well as walkable to key areas in the city if needed. Staff were friendly and accommodating, but do recommend some patience if you don’t speak Italian. Room was clean and exactly as pictured with a comfortable bed and facilites as expected.
