首先衞生很一般，早餐的水果上甚至好多小飛蟲；其次設備是真的不行，我的房間空調嗡嗡響不製冷，拿起電話想要打給前台發現電話壓根不能用；最接受不了的是服務，電話不能打就算了，我跑去前台告知空調不製冷，他們説會安排人員維修，1小時過去了沒人過問，再去前台時説工人下班了，前台自己吹着風扇，我就説幫我找個風扇也行，人家來一句説那是他們director的不能借給我用，最後説前台沒有其他人，等他晚上11點下班再去我房間看看，最後11點也沒來，34度的天就這樣湊合了一夜。體驗最差的一次，沒有之一

Value-for-Money Stay with Room for Improvement
Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishes—particularly the flooring—could use a refresh to better reflect the hotel’s 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.

Very close to Porta Susa train station, the surrounding environment is very good, the hotel is very beautiful, and the service is thoughtful. The room is not big but comfortable and reasonably arranged; the shower room is a little small, but it does not affect the use. The cost performance is very high, and I will choose it again when I come to Turin next time.

Fantastic check-in, friendly staff, cleanliness and perfect location, allowing you to walk to the points of interest in Turin.
Easy connection to the airport by bus and train (Porta Susa). Supermarket 50 metres away.
Breakfast is a spectacle, especially for cheese lovers. It's worth it: with sweet, savoury, cold and hot options and typical local products from Piedmont.
The only drawback is the lack of insulation in the room. If you have a neighbour who is not very polite, it can ruin your rest.

The hotel is in a very good location, right next to Porta Susa train station. There are buses to Milan airport next to the train station. It's also within 20 minutes to walk to the Royal Palace and the Egyptian Museum. The important thing is that the breakfast is great, with all kinds of meats.
