Struttura vecchia con moquette a terra mezza staccata e mobilio vintage nel senso puro della parola! Mobili con evidenti segni del tempo, carta da parati mezza staccata, rubinetto del lavabo praticamente “mobile”, doccia con perdita di acqua sul pavimento del bagno.
Pulizia della camera non adeguata.
Abbiamo dovuto pagare a parte 30 euro di colazione non inclusa nel prezzo!
Tariffa applicata per l’acquisto della stanza ingannevole perché passa il concetto di sconto per il cliente. In realtà si tratta di un costo a cui aggiungere altri 30 euro per la colazione.
Personale addestrato per non risolvere il problema. Muro di gomma. Alla reception mi sono lamentata delle stesse cose e ho chiesto di parlare con il direttore per la pessima stanza che mi avevano dato. Chiaramente mi è stato risposto che le stanze erano tutte uguali e il direttore non si è mai palesato. Albergo da classificare a 3 stelle. Sconsigliatissimo 😡

Piscine fermée le lundi sans prévenir et pour aller à la piscine il faut traverser tout l’hôtel pour passer dans l’autre c’est un peu le labyrinthe. De plus elle est un peu petite pour un aussi grand hôtel

Finding myself in the city for work I stayed in this property. The hotel is in a convenient location and close to the station practically in the center of the city. Nothing to say about the spaces, perhaps I would try where possible to make some details more modern and current. I had some difficulties with the electronic key to access the room in the sense that perhaps due to a bad contact sometimes the lights went off without detecting my presence. The room in general is quiet, tidy and clean, I only noticed a sort of leather writing desk on the desk that was not in good condition and which I personally would remove or replace. Hotel in the center a few steps from Piazza San Carlo. For the price paid (€170/night) for the room I expected something more, both from the room and from the breakfast included. Room too hot with very noisy and insufficient air conditioning; headboard and rear wall damaged by previous guests. Nice bathroom, large with shower and tub. I believe that for a hotel of this level it would be appropriate and proper to offer at least one bottle of mineral water per day for the room, but it is my opinion. Breakfast was normal, perhaps from a hotel of one category less.
