The room was spacious and quiet, with three beds and a sofa, and a well-organized layout. We arrived on the weekend, and the hotel told us we were lucky enough to have free street parking until 9 a.m. on Monday. Breakfast was plentiful with sweets and fruit. I accidentally spilled coffee, and the waiter quickly brought me ice. The room was cleaned daily, highly recommended.

Locate in a commercial area which is between airport and old town. It means all attractions are with walking distance. There are a lot of good restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel are newly renovated and the design is very modern and gorgeous. There is a cafe and swimming pi on the roof top  where is a ideal place to relax

The location is great, right next to the bustling shopping area, and it feels very safe.

There's a long-established egg tart shop downstairs, though I'm not used to the food.

Cleanliness: Pretty good, the hotel is new.
Service: Good.
Facilities: Acceptable.

The overall environment is quite pleasant. Surrounded by lush greenery, the hotel offers a cozy atmosphere, perfect for travelers seeking a moment of tranquility amidst the bustling city. Most importantly, the hotel is located very close to the MRT station, just a five-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for commuting.

The nearby shops are also diverse, offering a wide variety of options, from restaurants and cafes to retail stores. This is a significant advantage for travelers planning an extended stay.

However, I was less than impressed with the hotel's service. First, when I asked for the Wi-Fi password, the front desk staff didn't seem to fully understand my question and gave me the wrong password, preventing me from accessing the internet in my room. This is a significant inconvenience in modern travel, especially when I need to research information quickly.

Furthermore, when I asked for information about nearby shops and amenities, the staff's answers were rather vague, suggesting a lack of understanding of the surrounding area. This made it difficult to plan my trip and prevented me from fully utilizing the surrounding resources.

A renovated, unpretentious hotel with excellent service. Details like second room cleanings and slippers and chocolates made the stay even better. The location was perfect for me, but because I had to give a seminar at the university across the street, it's a bit far from the city center. However, there are good metro connections.

Although it is an old hotel, it is in good condition and clean. He served drinking water every day. There was also a chocolate service before going to bed.

The sanitation is very good, the service is very good, I accidentally stained the sheets and they gave me a pad to prevent the sheets from getting dirty the next day

On Lisbon's largest Avenida da Liberdade, the subway is just 20 meters from the hotel entrance. The surrounding area is convenient for shopping and dining. There is a delicious seafood restaurant not far from the hotel. It is best to make a reservation, otherwise the queue will be long. I found that it’s the same as Haidilao in China. If it’s a customer’s birthday, a group of fat uncles will help sing Happy Birthday, which is a very special feeling. The hotel is luxuriously decorated. The front desk and the luggage guy are very enthusiastic. The hotel provides free drinking water, which can be refilled. Every day, there are nut chocolates at the evening party. I am very satisfied with the hotel and recommend staying here.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly. Their hospitality made my business trip even more enjoyable. The hotel's location felt very good, as there are many good tourist attractions and restaurants nearby. There were a few inconveniences with the room facilities, but overall, I had a good experience.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean, with spacious rooms. We were on the first floor, so we had a partial sea view, but not a clear horizon. However, the staff is pleasant and the service impeccable. Very good stay!

The apartment had an excellent location with 2-3 min walk to the beach and to Deep Dish courts. We also had a lovely view of the sea.
The reception staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. In our 4 night stay we even got a cleaning done once which was a nice surprise as we didn't expect it. 
Both balconies were nice size. And great place to have a breakfast in the morning. 
The only major downside to the room was lack of washing machine.

Very nice hotel. Excellent value for money. The location is very good and the transportation is convenient. It only takes 3 minutes to walk from the airport bus. Clean and good service. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was also great. Really recommend recommend recommend.
