Looks can be deceiving
For a hotel that’s quiet new it was badly maintained food was ok but not labeld so you had no idea what it was not good regarding any food Allergies NO entertainment no orange juice run out of butter NO mini bar I didn’t sleep all holiday room 323 ovoid at all costs all you can hear all night is the aircon generator asked to be moved had no other rooms available then a room came up they didn’t even clean it before showing it to us I would not recommend this hotel

Great location but equally poor service
Beautiful location but the property isn't run very well. I requested a quiet room and the check-in staff said he was gonna take care of me - gave me a room right in front of the elevator. The A/C didn't work in that room (apparently they were aware of it and gave me that room nonetheless) so I requested a new room but had to wait an hour and a half for the manager to take a look. Finally checked in to a suitable room 2 hours after arriving. Wasted most of my free time there as my stay was for one day only.

ilk günün akşamında verdiğiniz paranın karşılığını vereceğini anlıyorsunuz. odalar eski ve küçük ama tesis harika. ana restoran ve alacart restoranlar çok başarılı. alkollü ve alkolsüz içeceklerin hepsi kaliteli markalar. birada bile farklı marka seçenekleri mevcut. ana restoranda 3 öğün de inanılmaz fazla çeşit yemek var. plajda yetişkinler için ayrılmış adult beach bölümü hoşuma gitti. diğer kısımda çok fazla çocuk oluyor. ayrıca 2 tane 3. dalga kahve barı mevcut. birçok çeşit kahve ve kahveli içecek seçeneği var.

5 gece olmak üzere konaklamış, erken rezervasyonla uygun bir fiyat ödemiştik. bu yıl bir kez daha ziyaret etmeyi düşünüyorum. sebebi ise çok basit; gece dışarı çıkmayı misafirinin aklına bile getirmeyen bir otel. her akşam ayrı bir etkinlik ve etkinliğin düzenlendiği bölümde hemen hemen her masaya birer görevli veriliyor. demem o ki; seviyoruz.

Balayı tatili için geldik bu otele ve herşey mükemmel geçti. Bu tarz otellerde çoğu şey standart her yerde var ancak buranın farkı yemek ve içki kalitesi olarak diğer otellerden çok net olarak ayrılıyor. Ama bana sorarsanız en etkileyici yanı çalışanların davranış tarzları. Aşırı ilgili ve güleryüzlüler. Bir dediğiniz asla ikiletilmiyor adamlar keyifle hizmet ediyor.

Mükemmel bir otel. Her şeyden önce çalışanların hepsi çok kibar ve müşteri memnuniyeti odaklı. Mutlu ve güleryüzlü ki bu sektörde uzun ve yorucu çalışma saatleri sebebiyle böyle olmaları çok rastlanan bir durum değil. Otelin bulunduğu koy şehir merkezine çok yakın oldugu halde çok temiz ve güzel bir denizi var. Denizin dibindeki taşları iskeleden sayabilirsiniz. Yemekler kaliteli ve çok lezzetli. İçkiler import viski de chivas rakı da kulüp cin de bombay gibi markaları içebiliyorsunuz. Garsonlar elinizi boş gördükleri an yanınızdalar. Deniz manzaralı odaların manzarası muhteşem. Odalar biraz küçük ama tatil için yeterli ve tertemiz.
