Wir waren bereits letztes Jahr schon hier im Hotel, dass sich die Qualität so dermaßen verschlechtert hat hätten wir uns niemals vorstellen können. Das Essen spricht für sich :/ das Internet funktioniert sehr schlecht.Die Chefs sind ständig unterwegs im Hotel sodass es schon anstrengend wird beim zusehen! Das einzige was vom Qualität gleich blieb war Spa Bereich mit dem Angestellten Herr Serkan,-sehr zuvorkommende , sehr professionell bei seiner Arbeit.Mehrfach Massage gebucht und er ist uns jedesmal preislich entgegengekommen.Super! Die Mitarbeiter sind ebenfalls alles sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzige was die vielleicht ändern sollten ist die Leitung,weil sich die Qualität sehr verschlechtert hat.

We’ve just returned from a week at the Arin Resort on an all-inclusive basis, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The hotel itself is beautifully stylish, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The patisserie was a real highlight – grabbing a morning iced latte or treating ourselves to a cake in the late afternoon before heading back to the room. The snack bar was equally fantastic, offering freshly made jacket potatoes, pizza, salad, and waffles to order, we ate here for lunch everyday. Both à la carte restaurants were excellent, and we’d definitely recommend trying them. On the rare occasion we had a small issue, the management team went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and ensure we were happy – the customer care here is outstanding. A special mention has to go to the animation team – they are brilliant! Friendly and fun, they brought smiles to everyone’s faces throughout the day and well into the evening. Overall, Arin Resort was perfect and we can’t wait to return.

This was our second visit to Arin and it didn't disappoint. A few improvements made since last year with a new beach bar and signage on the pier. The addition of a burger restaurant during the day overlooking the sea was also a welcome addition. The animation team were again superb with Momo, Emy and Ayvo all going the extra mile to encourage us to get involved in daytime and evening activities The restaurant and bar staff were helpful and friendly with Ahmet in particular making one of the best Pina Colada I've tasted in the Starlight Bar. The hotel and pool area were spotlessly clean throughout, with the pool and pool bar area being regularly swept and cleaned. The proximity of Arin to the town of Tergutreise (15 minutes walk) gives an opportunity to get away from the pool and explore the bars and markets. A great 10 days and we will definitely be returning.

Did a 7-day all-inclusive package with my teen sons. Lovely experience—awesome pool/sea setup, close to town, and, above all, absolutely incredible staff. The lovely animator, Mayssa, was a huge standout—incredibly friendly & helpful, & an absolute saint with the boys. Looked forward to seeing her beaming smile each morning. Only downside was the buffet, which was extremely lackluster, but par for the course with all-inclusive packages.

Zeer uitstekende vakantie destinatie alle medewerkers waren heel aardig en gezellig en ookal kon ik geen Turks had ik veel goede gesprekken met iedereen daar. Het weer was heerlijk en de faciliteiten waren ook uitmuntend. Er waren veel activiteiten en de mensen daar lieten ons niet onszelf vervelen en als dat zo was konden we de hele mooie stad verkennen dus in kort zou ik deze plek zeker aanraden
