Inchecken bij vriendelijke receptioniste. Kamers schoon, deze zijn inclusief badkamer aan de kleine kant voor 2 personen voor ieder een koffer, te weinig ruimte. Kooktoestel voor thee en aanmaak koffie ( niet echt bijzonder en amper naar koffie smakend). Kamer 2de dag 's-avonds om 20:00hr niet schoongemaakt, handdoeken nat nog in badkamer. Bij melding receptie, mogelijk dat het druk was, kamer werd later schoon aangetroffen. Bij t****e dag gevraagd of wij nog aanmaak koffie zakjes en thee konden verkrijgen, helaas zelfs bij aanbieding wij willen er wel voor betalen, je krijgt het niet enkel ter beschikking voor eerste nacht! Bij avondeten, de bediening niet sociaal, mogelijk door gebrek taalherkenning, (maar dat kan ook vriendelijk of met een open vraag gebaar) wij konden geen eten verkrijgen, werd totaal geen moeite genomen voor aanbieden gastvrijheid. Na bezoek bij receptie werd het wat vriendelijker. Ontbijt voor de sterren is oke, maar niet echt bijzonder. Avond eten op menukaart, prijs kwaliteit was acceptabel, niks bijzonders, drankjes, aan de hoge kant geprijsd. Voor wat men bied aan de hoge kant geprijsd!

Pros. - centrally located in Turda with shops and supermarkets nearby - clean and good space in the room - modern facilities and furniture Cons. - no cleaning service after night one, after complaint only necessary cleaning after night two - breakfast was ok but starts from 7 am, pretty late for early morning appointments - service was not very hospitable

Nos hemos alojado una semana en este hotel,claramente es una opción excelente para un desembolso de dinero no muy elevado. Todos los servicios nos fueron conquistando,el servicio de desayuno es justo ,sin excesos pero de calidad y abundante ,sencillo en la presentación. Las comidas están bien presentadas y tres personas comíamos por unos 50 euros al cambio . Se molestan en presentar la carta en una tablet y el personal se esfuerza en hablar o al menos chapurrear algo en español. Dominan el inglés y se esfuerzan por hacerse entender. Trato agradable u cercano. Las habitaciones son modernas y bien equipadas,con su detalle de bienvenida. Las instalaciones del spa son muy cómodas y modernas,tres jacuzzis,piscina muy grande y tres saunas,equipaciones de fisioterapia y un gimnasio. Piscina de agua salada muy recomendable. Nos lo encontramos en una ocupacion media,creo que en la piscina hubo ratos qué estábamos solos o como máximo con 5 personas más. La cercanía de las salinas de Turda ( muy recomendables de ver,por curiosas y pintorescas,única pega las colas de los ascensores-no más de 15 minutos,no asustarse,pero es que uno ya es un pequeño burgués…-). La ciudad da para dos días,pero está cerca sibiu y alba iulia para visitar (don muy bonitas ) Recomendado para familias,gente estresada y amantes de los planes spa.

The hotel has excellent location and the breakfast is faulous too. The spa although charged extra is worth every penny . What we didnt like is the cleaning service. First of all if there are 4 people in apartment it is suppised to have 4 large and 4 small towels. We complained amd they said you have to ask but even when we asked they left more small than large towels . They didnt change towels regulary and for four people to leave a small amount of shampoo and to say you have to ask for more is outrageous . Am I suppose to interrupt sowerong to ask for shampoo??? Toilet paper - same story It is a pitty such minor things to add bad impression to such a nice hotel

The Hotel is worn-out. The room was not cleaned very well. The bathroom/shower was rusty, carpets dirty. The restaurant staff unfriendly. I was expecting more for this value. The food in the restaurant was quite expensive for the size of the portions.
