Super 8 by Wyndham Tupelo Airport

When scheduling I requested a jetted tub and the reservations agent called the front desk to confirm availability before I made the reservation. We arrived 1 1/2 hours after checkin time but the room was still occupied by housekeeping requiring a 15 minute wait. There was no jetted tub and upon notifying the front desk I was informed we could change to a room with a jetted tub for an increased (double) charge. I felt an upgrade was appropriate, but no compensation was offered. The room phone rang 2 consecutive calls approximately 1:30 AM; at breakfast I inquired of the front desk as to the reason for the calls and was offered no explanation. Staff was very polite. The room was generally clean and had many updates but had no closet rod & the shower rod needed attention. The bedspread kept slipping off the bed during the night. Breakfast had cold selections plus toast, coffee, hot chocolate, tea. The pool was clean with a pleasant temperature but no towels available. I was promised housekeeping would bring fresh towels, but they did not arrive until we were checking out

It was worth every Penny, Cable..Wifi..Cold AC.. Comfortable Beds, Etc. Even the Drink Machine was ok. Me & My Team Loved it, The Hotel Speaker was Great !! He Took Really Good Care of Us & Can't Leave out the Breakfast ( Awesome Sauce ) From the CMS-MOVERS Team...

Terrible The room was dirty. Towels were dirty. There were spiderwebs in the window. Toilet had not been cleaned. Coffee pot had dried left over coffee in it. No refills at breakfast. There was two hours left for breakfast and nothing had been refilled. The beds were comfortable but I’m not sure the sheets had been changed. They had a body Oder smell.

The room was so clean and very roomy and it was peaceful and quiet! Absolutely loved it!
