We only stayed one night, so we will give a limited review. Beds were great, and we slept well. Room was good overall, although the placement of the closet in a double queen room was strange. If you opened the closet door, you could not enter one bed on that side. Minor inconvenience. Bathroom was immaculate. Towels were the biggest this traveler has ever seen. Breakfast on Monday morning was fantastic. The little (4 ft. 11 in.) breakfast lady was at the top of her game. And it was her birthday. So, great job by a dedicated employee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here one night in rom 309. Since this was booked using a free reward, I lower my expectations since hotels don’t usually give their best rooms for non paying guests. Room included small fridge, microwave, coffee service and a TV. Bath had a tub shower combo but the tub was low enough that stepping over wasn’t a big deal. As others have mentioned, room had minor scrapes and furniture was old looking. Breakfast was okay. Hot food wasn’t ready at 6 as advertised, but came out a soon. Several people were waiting. Oatmeal was gross. Looked like they dumped a bunch of oatmeal flakes in with cold water. Obviously the cook got a late start. Good location across the street from many stores and restaurants. Not really walkable.

The worst Fairfield Inn by Marriott
The room was full of dust and the furniture had holes in it. You had workers at your front desk with iPods in both ears. This is rude and it causes a safety issue at the very least. This hotel definitely needs an update. This is by far the worst Marriott hotel I’ve stayed in. There is no reason why a customer should be given a room in this condition. The soap dispenser was really low and we called to get more soap and the Lady at the desk was so rude. She came off as if my wife was bothering her. She stated in a rude tone that my wife would have to come downstairs to get the soap. My wife stated to her that she could have said that in a better tone. The Lady repeated it in the same tone. I’ve never experienced this level of poor customer service at a Marriott.
