Hotel looks shabby,never replace furnitures.carpet moldy,shower not working.breakfast not given on 2nd day as run out.only 1 single aircon also not fully functional.How is this possible??

Limited parking spaces. The food choices for buffet breakfast is limited & the restaurant is small. Water heater in my room isn’t functioning properly.
