I can't say enough good things about Chicken Ranch ****** Resort!
My brother recently stayed here, and from the moment he arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure his visit was special. Everyone was incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. You don’t always find that kind of hospitality these days — but you absolutely will here.
They weren’t just friendly — they were supportive in a way that felt personal. It wasn’t just customer service; it was human kindness. Whether it was help with accommodations, directions, or just making sure he felt welcomed, they delivered an experience that stood out in the best way.
If you're looking for a place that values people and treats you like more than just a guest, I 100% recommend Chicken Ranch ****** Resort. It’s rare to find a resort that combines great amenities with a staff that has heart. This place does both — and then some.

This is a new place so everything is clean but the tv service freezes and no microwave or refrigerator. Very basic room. Also, we parked in north garage and there are no elevators so we had to drag all of our stuff down an escalator into ****** to get access.

This is an elegant, new (opened 2024), hotel/casino resort. Easy access off SH 108 in Jamestown. Spacious resort, dedicated ****** floor, several restaurants and bars, friendly staff, well-appointed and stylish hotel rooms. Multiple convenient parking options, and valet. Pool deck was closed when I was there (January). There’s a fine dining restaurant on 9th floor – The Perch – that advertises splendid views of the area but it wasn’t open when I was there midweek. My go-to hotel when in the area has been the Black Oak, but this is a new option which I will definitely be choosing again. Well done CRCR staff.

My wife and I ate at the Perch Restaurant on the 9th Floor at the new Chicken Ranch ****** Resort. Service was great and John our waiter did an excellent job. For an appetizer we had the Crabcakes and they were delicious. The main course was Rack of Lamb, Filet Mignon and Blackend Shrimp along with two sides of Truffle Mashed Potatoes and Broccolini. Our dessert was Chocolate Tart and Chocolate Strawberry Gelato. It was an excellent all around meal. We enjoyed our experience and our relaxing dinner.
