Hidden Gem! It is absolutely amazing! Our cabin is Huge living room and two bedrooms. With total of 2 twin beds and 1 king size bed. Can sleep 5- 6 people comfortably. Just the main attractions of Yosemite are around 1 hour away from this I could say for the price and comfort it is definitely worth it. They have a lot of amenities around the area too that are worth to explore!

This was a perfect stay to dip into the Yosemite National Park with expert guides for the first two days organised through the lodge. We had a great cottage overlooking the valley. It was private and perfect for wildlife watching from the balcony.

Evergreen Lodge is a great place to visit whether as a couple or with family. There is a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The bartenders in the bar making great drinks and are friendly to talk to. The BBQ buffet is a great alternative to either the food at the Tavern or the Restaurant. The swimming pool is large and heated to the perfect temperature. The hot tub is great for healing sore muscles after day of hiking. There are many options for lodging too (from 2 bedroom units to tents for families). There are lots of activities including billiards, small zip lines, bocce ball, and ping pong. They have nightly smores where they provide all the ingredients and fire pits. All in all a great way to spend time in the wilderness and close to Yosemite too.

A wonderful place to stay - perched right outside of Yosemite park with easy access! We had a large family group ranging from 1 to 91 and everybody had fun!

Charming and refreshing hotel, at Groveland, near the famous Yosemite valley, with great dedicated working persons especially Noah who helped us feeling comfortable and serene , and Billy who gave us many explanations about the place and all the activities around the lodge. Our cabin was near the pool but nothing disturbing since it’s hidden by trees and we were lucky to have the valley and sequoias view from our balcony. Our stay was short but remarkable enough for having some serenity, fresh air and the stars the night , putting on a show for free!

We had a pet emergency back home and had to cut our stay short. Jake and his amazing staff were very understanding. It’s easy to see why guests to the Evergreen Lodge come back year after year!

What a wonderful place to stay. We visited in August and stayed in a family tent for 4 nights. It couldn’t have been more perfect. Well designed tents with a luxurious feel. Excellent onsite facilities including hammocks, campfires, good size swimming pool, frisbee golf, table tennis tables, games rooms etc. Poolside BBQ (6-8pm) delicious and fairly priced. Restaurant options also offered a good food and drinks menu and the onsite store had a range of options for breakfast and lunch - coffee and muffins a delight! Pleasantly surprised we weren’t ripped off given we were a captive market with no shops or alternative dining options nearby. Well located for visiting Hetch Hetchy, Tioga Road and the Yosemite Valley. Recreation team offered great local suggestions and activities including a walk to and swim in the Carlon Falls and a Stargazing evening activity. All made it a wonderful overall experience to round off our Californian road trip. Thank you to everyone on the Evergreen team for all you did to make our stay so welcoming and memorable.
