衞生一般，房間電話無法打出，入住未告知有早餐，而且早餐另收費，等第二天早上詢問説有餐廳，去到餐廳盤中餐食已所剩無幾，什麼都是冷的，也未告知收費，不然可以選擇吃或者不吃。退房時退按金直接告訴扣個早餐錢。

整體兩個字“一般”服務是最差勁的，能騙則騙，謊話連篇，預訂成功的訂單，到點説沒房，結果調出來還不是預訂的，再次理論才給換到應該住的房間。服務真的有待提高，連個笑臉都沒有！！！

不太好的體驗，前台有點無語，定了兩間房，一間大床，一間標間，最後入住時候説標間沒了，非要給兩個大床，可我們四人裏有兩位高領長者，根本不可能住，最後爭論一凡後，又説有了，等上去後一看跟我們預訂的圖片完全不一樣，又小又破，下樓再次理論，最後給換到預訂房間，就這服務真的是無話可説了。早餐也巨難吃。
