Staying at the Vines is a true retreat, with the stunning backdrop of the Andes matched only by the beauty of the design of the property and rooms. I stayed in one of the two bedroom villas and felt right at home, the room was so comfortable I never wanted to leave! The staff were by far some of the most warm and helpful I have ever encountered, going above and beyond to assist with my every need. I look forward to returning!

Fantástico hotel con increíbles vistas de los viñedos y la cordillera. Excelente gastronomía. Servicio muy amable. Una paz increíble. Posibilidad de pasarse toda la estadía disfrutando el hotel o usarlo de base para explorar el Valle de Uco.

Sempre fui fã ardoroso da culinária do Francis Mallmann. Levei um grupo de amigos para a experiência gastronômica exclusiva no The Vines. Péssimo! Um descaso total. Muito frio, não estavam preparados para o frio!! Comida absolutamente terrível: peixe insosso, carne dura, vegetais horríveis, sobremesa medíocre. Só se salvaram as empanadas e, a pedido, o crepe de doce de leite, que não estava no cardápio original. Nos outros dias, a comida normal no restaurante estava muito melhor do que a experiência Mallmann. E os almoços nas vinícolas nos arredores, bem melhores. Em resumo: durma no The Vines, mas não coma lá!

When driving from Mendoza airport you're not sure what your going to get but once you enter the compound you realize right away this is a special place. Every single staff member is very accommodating. Service is a 10. The concierge staff worked with us starting several weeks before our arrival to arrange transportation, wine tastings, winery visits, dinner reservations and a horseback riding adventure. Everything went as planned and was wonderful. We had a two bedroom accommodation which I highly recommend. They came in the evening and lit our fire place, there was a rooftop to watch sunset, beds were super comfortable and everything was clean. We have traveled around the world tasting wines and touring wineries and this has been at the top of our experiences. We did the tasting experience at Siete Fuegos and it was the highlight of our trip. It is worth every penny. I really can't think of a negative thing to say about this place. If you're not a wine person you might be a little bored but you would still enjoy the rooms and the food. We didn't have time for the spa so I can't speak for that.

Fomos para aproveitar o feriado de 9 de julho no Estado de São Paulo, o avião estava completamente lotado, é que na Argentina esta data também é feriado, da independência do país. Conhecemos vários hotéis em Mendoza, incluindo o Cavas Wine Lodge, o Casa de Uco, Entre Cielos, etc. O The Vines é do mesmo tipo, muito chique, vai ser difícil escolher onde ficar em uma próxima viagem. Apesar de distante é bem fácil dirigir até o hotel, estudei o mapa e fui sem usar GPS, tem pontos de referência marcantes, incluindo garrafas gigantes na curva de acesso à RP 94. O restaurante Siete Fuegos serve almoço e jantar e é excelente, hóspedes não precisam fazer reserva, tem um vinho rosé delicioso chamado Playground, o nome do chef Francis Mallmann é apenas figurativo ele não aparece por lá mas quem cozinha entende do assunto. Única coisa negativa é que nos negaram um pedaço de cordeiro, tinha um enorme sendo assado bem na nossa frente no jardim, pedimos para experimentar mas não fomos atendidos alegaram que era para o jantar comunitário, que não estava pronto, mas na verdade não custava nada cortar um pedacinho e terminar de assar no forno da cozinha.

O lugar é lindo com uma vista magnífica cercado pelos Andes. O The Vines é lindo, de extremo bom gosto. O staff do hotel é gentil e muito eficiente deixando a estadia melhor ainda. A recepção é com muita gentileza e 2 taças de vinhos na propriedade. Ficamos no quarto 15 e fui surpreendida com as confortáveis e amplas instalações, com sala, mini cozinha e um terraço delicioso voltado para um jardim privado. Um charme! Foram ótimas as reservas para vinícolas recomendadas pelo hotel e tudo funcionou perfeitamente. Vale fazer a degustação oferecida pelo hotel. Os docinhos e mimos que deixam no quarto todos os dias são sempre gostosas. O renomado restaurante 7 Fuegos é bom, mas poderia ter comidinhas mais leves especialmente para comer a noite. A vista do espaço das refeições é espetacular. Adoramos o The Vines e acredito que o melhor lugar para se hospedar em Mendoza é. no Vale do Uco , perto das mais lindas vinícolas.
