The hotel was right in the centre. I stayed in room 303. Small with double bed though considering i booked single room. Room was clean and tiday and compact. Dud not have kettle or fridge and no glass could be found. The night receptionist was very helpful, cheerful and found me a glass and some water.

A FUIR! Pire hôtel que j’ai pu faire en Tunisie, nous avons payé pour rien au final nous n’avons pas dormi la bas, N’importe quel autre hôtel sera meilleur Big up au directeur le moins agréable de l’année et au bagagiste qui fixe les passant par la vitre

I had one of my worst experiences at this hotel, after reserved the rooms by phone and got the confirmation for our reservation the night shift receptionist simply denied our reservation saying that phone reservations do not count at this hotel!!, when asked to talk to the management to help us since we have already confirmed our reservation the rude, unpolite and unprofessional receptionist said " I am the management" he didn't want to do anything to help us since it was their fault, he refused to call the management for us or to give us their number, speaking in a very intense manner and trying to start a fight. I definitely don't recommend going to this hotel.

Nice hotel, clean and friendly staff. Perfect location off the Boulevard. I would definitely recommend. Breakfast could have been slightly better with options and variations. That’s because my appetite is bigger but it’s breakfast so not a biggie. I would definitely stay again! We enjoyed our time :)

I do not recommend anyone to try this place

Location is very good which is the main reason I chose this hotel. Reasonably priced too. You are right near the Médina de Tunis. The hotel is located on a side street off Avenue Habib Bourguiba where there are many eateries. Small, basic but clean. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Room was fine. No frills but there was hot water, air conditioning, some complimentary toiletries and more. No water. Breakfast was adequate for this type of hotel. They had cereals, breads, pastries, local Tunisian foods. Not huge but enough to start the day. Coffee is from a machine. WIFI wasn't the best but this appears to be a common issue in Tunisia. When you go out, you are expected to leave your key at reception. Housekeeping was done fine but just a little more attention to detail needed, especially when hoovering or mopping the floors. For a 3-star hotel, it was fine.
