Horseshoe has really disappointed me. I brought my kids with me because I wanted them to be able to enjoy the pool and eat a buffet. They weren’t able to do none of that. I asked for a non-smoking room tell me why it smelled like smoke. The toilet was leaking and there were cracks in the wall and ceiling. Not to mention I put 20 dollars in a machine and when I changed what amount I wanted to play and the money just disappeared from me and I didn’t even get a chance to press play yet. I was cheated out of a great experience and so was my kids. The staff were very nice that’s why I gave 2 stars.

The staff was amazing everyone took time to speak with us and everyone had a sense of humor! We ate at Guys restaurant and the service was amazing. Drinks were good and timely!

I love the mattresses, most of that I have slept on is just like mine at home I think that’s why I sleep so well!!! And I love all the pillows to.

I didn't like my stay at this hotel because I booked this hotel for the pool and it wasn't in service. Besides, they charged for everything there. There was no coffee maker or microwave. Well, there was one, but they charged for it. The only good thing was that the hotel was clean and very elegant, and you could get to the ******* quickly.

The property was beautiful and well kept. Check in was easy; however although I requested a non-smoking room, I was given a room that wreaked of smoke.. Upon check in, he did indicate most all rooms have a smoke smell, but I find that hard to believe.
