Pulling up to the building it was no beautiful landscaping. It's also bird nest or bat nests on top of the building ceiling outside. Walking in it has a very bad odor inside the building. Get my room it is you can't go into the room from the outside you have to go down the hall inside of the building down then let yourself in from the inside of room plus the inside door handles are lose. Beds are not made it looks like someone sleep in the bed, carpet with spots smell like mold. They need to update the hotel I know they got money for the hotel to update. The hotel is really really bad do not stay at the hotel I don't care if you're going on a road trip sleep in your car. It's sad how the hotel is people would like to stay near places you go but not a dirty one and smelling one. I can't give them a star that's how bad it is.

A Hotel from Hell Experience
Horrible experience. We were placed in a stinky smoking room with non working TV, a sink that leak water, room keys that didn’t work (the manager finally gave us a master key so we can go in and out). The hotel look liked an abandoned place from a horror movie and the lobby was totally empty for hours at a time. We waited for breakfast (as it was advertised) from 8 to 8:30 am with no success and there was NO one to even do our check out. Although years back this “hotel” was a nice place, now it should be condemned, closed or totally refurbished.

My stay again at ABVI Sonesta, Tunica Resorts was excellent, and I loved to stay on all my forthcoming trips for business. Close to ******* and eateries around. The staff was hospitable. All requests were taken care of. The golf ground is walkable.

The pillows were dirty and smelly The room was very filthy. The doors were broke. I stayed there two days with no key to my room. The hotel had roaches the hotel had bedbugs. I took picture of everything inside of the room. The bathtub was nasty.

Hello All, Recently I stayed at Americas Best Value Inn, Tunica, I had wonderful stay with nice continental breakfast, staff were professionally trained and the rooms were clean. There was only one set of towels initially as soon as I called the staff with in no time they gave extra set of towels along with complementary water bottle. I had wonderful time with my kids and friend's I would love to stay back in kids spring holidays.

I had a great time while spending here, with a clean and tidy room with a pleasant fragrance. I visited this place with my friends as it is near to all the *******, we also enjoyed the continental breakfast which was served in the morning. The coffee was available 24/7, and the appliances like TV, microwave are in good condition. The front desk staff were very helpful in guiding us through the food and other places we could visit. Overall, this was a good experience and would like to visit sometime in the future.

Seree and Calm, had continental breakfast. Close to gold grounds. A mile away from the best *******. Drivable distance from memphis Airport. Nice place to spend a vacation and have fun with freinds.

American Best Value Inn Is Stink, Filthy and have bed bugs!!!!! The odor will make you sick and the bed bugs will eat you up!!!!! This hotel is the worst hotel to stay at when traveling to Tunica, MS for the holiday or events in Tunica!! The staff is rude and can't not speak clear English!!! If you make reservation at this property and cancel they will not refund your money back!!!!! They will keep your money!!!!!!!

Staff tried to break in room 1:30am, could not get in the hall door(handle was broken) She used a key to get in the outside door. had to block her from barging in! Said someone called and said they were locked out. Not worth the 76 dollars we were charged, something is not on the up and up!
