un lugar muy deteriorado... sin agua caliente.. con bichos en su interior... baño sucio...desde la cama veíamos los agujeros del techo...y ni hablar que la puerta de la habitación había que empujarla tanto para abrir como para cerrarla... y sin personal a cargo a partir de las 17 hs... es solo un "club de playa " con alojamiento....de 4 noches solo estuvimos una... el desayuno bueno....

Lit tout petit. Douche au pommeau seulement avec peu de débit et les pommeau à moitié bouché. 2 points lumineux dans la chambre peu de meuble Salle de bain vétuste. Ne vaut pas son prix. A fuire ! Zone très bruyante. Pour plus de 200 USD LA NUIT c est une honte.

me recomendaron este lugar por que tiene estacionamiento y al entrar me sorprendi que es amplio y comodo para estar en esta zona, los precios en el restaurante son bastante buenos y los smothies y cocteleria son riquisimos, los tacos son espectaculares.

me quede por dos noches en este precioso lugar, la señal de wi fi es perfecta, pude trabajar sin ningun problema, ademas de que el salon del restaurante es comodo y lindo, el cafe es delicioso y el personal es muy amable. sin duda lo recomiendo ampliamente,

Me encantó ir a BT live tulum. El hotel es muy limpio y bonito. Un lugar muy tranquilo y de mucha paz. Lo recomiendo q vayan. Paco el manager fue excelente!! Tambien la comida q sirvieron fue espectacular. 10/10 espero visitar BT live tulum de nuevo :)

Estuvimos 3 noches en BT Live Tulum y fue espectacular. La comida, los cuartos limpios, la vista al mar, los empleados muy amables y el mánager Paco fue el mejor host! Quedamos muy contentos y pensamos regresar muy pronto! Mil gracias por todo!

Una experiencia maravillosa. Bungalow cómodo, con refrigerador, aire acondicionado y hasta nos prestaron una cafetera, con la tranquilidad y la belleza de estar sobre la orilla del mar. El servicio excelente, Paco el encargado siempre atento, lo mismo que el resto del personal. El desayuno abundante y muy cerca hay opciones para comer, desde restaurantes o pizzerias elegantes, hasta un GOmark con comida para llevar económica. Si la vida nos permite, volveríamos a ir.

The hotel staff is great, the breakfast is good, the AC in the room works great. The beach access at the hotel is great and there are plenty of Instagram-able photos. I even saw a turtle on the beach laying eggs. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of Tulum. The hotel is well priced too, it’s good for a budget and you probably get more than what you’re paying for. Especially because Tulum is ridiculously expensive

Paco and the restaurant team are amazing! They made our trip with the flowers and rose petals before our arrival. The team in the restaurant put out quality food and drinks as well. They’re always willing to accommodate. The cabins are beachfront and a great location to all the popular restaurants. Definitely recommend!
