Eddie gave me an amazing massage it felt like more than an hour 10/10 recommend! He made me feel very comfortable and i would go back in a heart beat. Definitely worth the price and the value of the massage. Don’t Easter your time looking for anywhere else!

Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel, but at 2 nights too short. I wish we could have stayed longer. Unfortunately, we arrived late at the hotel (2130) due to difficulties getting there from Cancun (we had a tire busting). The reason I mention this is because you fail to appreciate the beauty of the place when you arrive late at night. I would advise arriving at lunch or early afternoon at the latest. We also had problems the first night because one of the pipes supplying the hotel with water burst, so vey little water in the bathroom until mid morning the next day. The room was wonderful (Timao). Simple and rustic but decorated with excellent taste. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and lunch as well. The menu is very good and suits most tates. The staff is warm and very friendly. They were always very attentive to ensure that our needs were met. The position on the beach and the fact that the hotel is on the beach is wonderful. You are basically walking on the sand from the moment that you step into the hotel and pass reception. As a result, they have carefully placed metal basins with water at the entry of the rooms so that you can wash the sand away before stepping into the room or the porch were the restaurant tables are. Overall a great experience and wish we could have stayed for longer. Will definitely stay there when we are back in Tulum.

We loved our first visit to Tulum! We loved our stay at Alquimia and highly recommend it! The staff were so welcoming and attentive and gave us great recommendations. The room was beautiful and kept clean/stocked daily. Our room was steps away from the pool and beautiful beach - it was so easy to get to the cabanas and relax! We also saw wonderful views from the rooftop. The hotel was super close (walking distance) to a pharmacy, grocery store, and many different restaurants, so we felt so connected to everything. It was easy to take a taxi into Tulum Centro, and the staff helped us navigate how to take the colectivos, as well. The only small issue we had was with the WiFi not working, but the staff fixed it promptly! Again, we highly recommend Alquimia and hope to return!

Very nice location right on the beach toward the south end of the hotel zone. Very friendly and helpful staff, at the front desk and at the beach. The shaded beach beds under the palm trees are wonderful! Very good food and drinks, but a little expensive. I stayed for 5 days with my 14-year-old son. Our room was nice and clean and had AC that we only used at night to save energúmeno. Not super big room, but I took the cheapest one I could find. Perfec
