This is a absolute amazing stay in tulum... great familie like staff and the location is perfect between the center and the beach. Highly recommended and always great for everyone who search a great spot for great amount of money Just perfect Muchas gracias and Hasta luego

Nunca habíamos estado en un lugar así de acogedor y con habitaciones en forma de tubo justo a la medida, me sentí como en Japón sin duda un lugar muy tranquilo y bonito además de que conoces a gente de otros lugares y que sólo van de paso visitando Tulum y además es pet friendly con muchos gatitos

Mauvaise nuit car climatisation bruyante et trop chaud si on l’enlève,,, sinon l’idée est vraiment sympa, très chile comme hôte. Niveau vaisselle chacun se débrouille et on a pas tous le même niveau de respect du coup on peu avoir quelques surprises mais dans l’ensemble c’est ok

Es pésimo el servicio de este lugar, el chico de lentes que atiende en la recepción transmite toda una mala onda y una actitud bastante machista, nos quisieron cobrar el doble del valor de la noche en un tubo. Cuando hicimos el reclamo nos quisieron insultar con comentarios xenófobos, demasiado mosquito en las noches no se puede ni dormir bien. En todo lo que recorrí de México con mi familia, nunca nos pasó algo tan feo, no lo recomiendo para nada!!.
