Jashita Hotel

This has been my third time at Jashita Tulum. I love it. I think it is one of the best hidden gems on the coast between Tulum and Playa Del Carmen. Unspoiled and quiet, it’s a delightful little oasis nestled on some of the most incredible beach. Every time the experience has been consistently amazing. From the moment I reached out to the staff at Jashita Tulum, the hotel reception teams professionalism and willingness to help is really second to none. From room reservations through to any additional queries and requests like help booking airport transfer to recommendations for local places to visit, the entire team are knowledgeable and really go the extra mile to deliver a really first class experience. Ruby on reception remembered me as a returning guest and made me feel welcome and at home. The hotel and grounds are idyllic. As usual, the grounds and house keepers really do a stellar job in up-keeping such a such stunning little property. The pool and beach are wonderful places to relax, and the rooms were immaculate. The housekeeping and reception team went the extra mile to mark my Birthday and make me feel special. I had an incredible experience in the Hotel Spa. Angie was amazing, knowledgeable and incredible at all the treatments she offered. Then finally a big thank you to the whole Pandano restaurant team. Everything I ate was really delicious and the service from breakfast through to dinner was amazing. I appreciate from the first moment you sit at the restaurant the staff do their best to remember your name, room number and preferences, which really makes you feel like a priority. Thank you to the whole Jashita team who made my stay so wonderful. I’ll be back again soon! Ben

My second home After 2 years I returned to my favorite hotel on the planet, and it did not disappoint. What stands out is the service, the food, and the location. A quiet beach where you can relax, amazing accommodations, and a spa where you can unwind on the beach. Could not recommend more.

Jashita Hotel is situated in a private Bahia out of this world. No pictures, videos, testimonials online do the place justice! Completely unreal! They think of everything for you and prepare anything you might possibly need, very clean and unique. The level of friendly, attentive and responsive service was top notch. The restaurant is very accurate and really well run and the food is fresh, delicious, with a great selection covering all dietary needs; outstanding in every point. Will go back for sure.

This resort is truly outstanding. Beautiful and peaceful location, beach and surroundings. Very friendly, accommodating and service oriented personnel in all functions of the hotel. Excellent restaurant offering a large variety of great food and experiences. Very nice and well equipped rooms and facilities integrated in a beautiful garden and beach with respect for the surroundings. I highly recommend this wonderful place and would love to return one day!
