A Haven of Tranquillity
The most wonderful place to stay. Everything was super amazing. Location is great, inbetween the beach and Main Street, hire a bike, makes it easier. Built around trees and an open central space, oozes peacefulness. The Kasa & bedrooms are beautifully designed, huge bed, lovely shower, coffee machine & super comfy. Pool/rooftop bar & food with loungers. A great breakfast too. Last but not least, the staff were wonderful, especially Omar. Could not recommend enough. 😁

I spent 4 nights at this hotel. I loved the trees and relaxing vibe. The staff were friendly and accommodating to me and my mom. Most of the room service food was good. The bed was comfortable. The only thing I didn't like is the shower had no door. Shoutouts to Damian at the front desk, Luis at the rooftop bar, and Samuel at breakfast.

The front desk guy was a little questionable as he tried to charge/pocket a fee to get a taxi for us but us knowing that it’s a free service offered by the hotel looked so him a little sideways. Other than that I liked it. Clean safe and modern. I left the Kan hotel to come here. I didn’t regret it!

Un hotel muy bonito y cómodo . Las habitaciones amplias y con todas las comodidades . El personal muy amable y me ayudaron dándome recomendaciones de donde ir y qué hacer con un niño de 9 años. La rooff muy padre , la puesta de sol se ve increíble!! Yy está muy cerca del centro de Tulum . Pasamos unos días padrísimos . Muy recomendable !!

Me and my husband chose this hotel for our anniversary! The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and really nice, me and my husband only problem was the manager name is Aviana I think I’m saying it right. When we were told something by the staff they would stated that their boss told them to tell us, she will be right in our present and never introduce herself, we found out who she was through the staff when told something, but always had something to say. Another thing is she was there ALL DAY on her computer even at night on the rooftop micromanaging the staff, and everything her staff do! She was not approachable and didn’t talk to us nor have I noticed her talking to any other guest we had to speck to her first and she responded back and that’s all. Being in that type of position you should be sociable and approachable!!!

Our private pool didn’t work the whole trip. They kept having water issues where we would have no water for hours at a time The longest without water was 2 days. They wouldn’t refund us any amount for the issues. We missed one if our tours due to the water issue. This place was not at all what we thought it would be.

A beautiful boutique hotel with an amazing staff. The general manager and Marcelino were very attentive at every aspect and interaction. We booked a PH suite and it was on point with a private veranda and a gorgeous garden shower. The multi-course breakfast was included in our suite and was so fresh. Loved the rooftop bar/restaurant for happy hour and sunsets.
