Firstly I arrived at the hotel and the charged me $1,300mxn where the confirmation on trip.com said it was all paid!
We went to our room which was good and kept clean. Very hard to control the water temperature in the shower however!
We booked the romantic dinner where in the menu they mentioned there would be flambé at the table - none of it was. This was supposed to be a romantic dinner on the beach where instead we had guests that don’t even stay in The hotel be so loud in front of us. Instead of hotel staff moving them to the other side that was completely open they just kept serving them drinks. The beach bar was supposed to close at 7pm however they just kept serving them drinks.
If I hadn’t paid for the 18% service charge before the dinner they definitely wouldn’t get it. As a gesture they just offered 2 cocktails when the service charge alone was far far more than that!
The food was not good, at the dinner and at breakfast.
Wouldn’t really recommend this hotel.

La comida excelente María y willian nos atendieron súper bien de verdad que la experiencia la hacen increíble volveríamos 100%. La comida excelente cálida la avena con frutas no se la pueden perder. Junto con el sonido de mar y la salida del sol

This is a great hotel with very impressive rooms and wonderful service however potential visitors should be aware that during these months they are experiencing excess seaweed that smells bad and prevents access to the sea from the hotel beach

The service is outstanding…!!! At the restaurant Maria, Miguel, William and Flor are amazing and lovely people!!! Rooms are really comfortable and spacious!!!

We were welcomed in to Ana y Jose with opening arms. They greeted us at the guess stand and walked us back to the restaurant/bar. Andres and Rolando took care of us and explain everything to us. Thank you all for a great experience.🫶🏾
