Como siempre una gran atencion en un lugar increible entre Joshua y Alberto una atención al 1000!! La playa, la zona, el hotel todo es una increíble experiencia y qué bueno que cambiaron a la hostess el nuevo chico súper activo y proactivo sin malos rollos

We absolutely loved this place—it perfectly captures the essence of what makes Tulum famous. The food was excellent, and the pools were wonderfully refreshing, especially as this is the only hotel in the area with a swimming pool. The vibe is vibrant and upbeat, and the beach is truly picture-perfect. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

We rented a house in Tulum in the jungle and came here and used the beach club one day. It was fantastic. Staff was super attentive. Food was delicious. Had a great time. I would highly recommend it for a great day. Note that kids cannot use the pool.

Definitely a 5. Hotel is charming, comfortable rooms, food was great, service was terrific. A special mention about David, working beach/hotel food/beverage, and so much more!! David treated us as if we were very special, attending to all our needs, and anticipating what we might want. He clearly sets a high standard of what quality service is all about! The view from the roof at sunset is AMAZING!! Alberto took great care of us at the beach club with delicious food and drinks in a casual yet hip environment. I highly recommend the spicy mexcalrita and the grilled octopus for dinner followed by one of their coffee beverages 😀

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating in all areas of the house.

Our stay was so great we first stayed at another hotel which was awful, we walked over to panamera and Santiago helped us to book a room and our trip completely changed and we were so happy that we made that decision to stay at Panamera, their beach club was amazing and their pizza was also phenomenal
