The location is amazing and the tents were well served with ac. Very pretty site with a natural touch. Common bathrooms were cleaned several times a day, so I never had an unpleasant experience. The design integrates with the surrounding very well. The only mole: restaurant they collaborate with on the beach though is very expensive and poor quality compared with the ones nearby.

Mixed feelings The place looks amazing. Only there are also a lot of things that could be better. To start with the positive things: + Really nice park setting + Free water in the whole park (there are plenty of watertaps) + Near/at de beach + Clean shared bathrooms + No loud music and no noice during the night + Good lightning in de night to go to bathroom Negative things or things that you should be aware of are: -/- highly overpriced drinks and food (glas of wine 16 usd and beer 7 usd for example) -/- some waiters only busy with getting tips instead of giving good an nice service -/- no breakfast included. Its available for aroud 10 usd -/- no shop at the camping or in the area for buying small food and drinks -/- park entrance not included in de price of the accommodation. More than 20 usd a person and only valit for one day. So when you leave the National park to go to Tulum center for example, you have pay again! -/- be aware that the beach front tents dont have beach view!!! Its better to book garden view. Aldo less noice from the ocean. -/- hotel cant help this, but there is alot of dirt on the beaches and in the water -/- the taxi from Tulum center to the hotel is overpriced and cost 20 usd. If you have time its better to take a small bus (collectivo)

This was our second stay at the site, though it was under different ownership when we first stayed (when it was called Casa Nawal). We returned because we loved it so much the first time, and I have to say it is definitely ALMOST as good. The tents are still nice, and being able to walk out straight onto the stunning beach in 2 minutes is amazing, however it has to be said that the front of house staff are fairly unfriendly, and uncooperative to a degree. We are not complain-y people at all, but I don't think we saw one smile cracked from them across the whole trip, and a lot of our questions (about the area, rules on certain things) were treated as if we were stupid to be asking them. Other than this small detail, the campus where you stay is unbelievably nice, and the quality of the classes they put on are really, really high - perfect place for a break to switch off!

Superbe hôtel les pieds dans le sable au port d’une plage privée, ambiance très zen et calme. Le Perso était tes soins. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Had an amazing time at this unique, very tranquil resort. The food and drinks are double normal prices but we found other options in town. The beach, overall vibe, and daily yoga in the stunning ocean-view shala made it all worth it. The beds were very comfortable and the shared washrooms / showers were good - lots of hot water. I rented a bike from Ikal and rode to Gran Cenote which took about 30 minutes, 20 on a modern path and 10 on road side. Not for beginners. You can walk to ruins from Ikal. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excelente hotel, lugar hermoso.

Unforgettable stay in Tulum Incredible stay at Casa Nawal for 3 nights. I wish I could have stayed another week. The place was nearly perfect: 1. Well-appointed, super-comfortable room with fan and AC. 2. Excellent cleanliness. They seemed to be cleaning the bathrooms and lodges constantly. The bathrooms, which made me anxious since they were shared, were always spotless. 3. Unforgettable location and setting right on the beach, surrounded by palm trees. It's about 15 minutes' walk from the ruins (although you can see them from the beach in front). 4. Friendly people at the front desk and restaurant. Easy to communicate with them on WhatsApp. 5. Facilities included restaurant, volleyball, bar, lounge chairs, and small pool right on the sand. Great place to watch the sunrise or sit around for sunset. (It faces east so the sun sets on the other side.) 6. Super-quiet in the evenings. Relaxing jungle sounds since it's in a reserve. 7. Lots of wellness activities with its partner hotel Ikal. I didn't participate in any but they looked interesting. The only minus is the WiFi was a bit spotty for my specific unit. Since you can hop on both the Ikal and Nawal networks, it wasn't a big problem but I sometimes had to switch networks if one was flaky. Highly recommended. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again when I'm back in Tulum.
