Nest Tulum

Absolutely loved our stay at NEST! The hotel is small, located on the quiet part of Zona Hotelara so it’s very peaceful, perfect for a couples getaway. The rooms are clean, restaurant has delicious food and the best cocktails! The surroundings heavenly… And most importantly: the best staff! From the moment we walked in we felt like celebrities. They took care of all our needs with sincerity and kindness, they made our stay super special. Highly recommend!

Tree house room stay My cousin & I stayed in one of the tree houses and it was really beautiful. The room was slightly smaller than it looked in the photos but overall it met our expectations. The staff are top tier hospitality professionals. The property is gorgeous. They also had mosquito repellent all over the property + sunscreen. It is basically the closest thing to an all-inclusive for a boutique hotel of that caliber that you'll find on the beach in Tulum. They handled the excursion booking process for us too, & the tour guide agency they used provided someone bilingual with a wealth of knowledge & fun personality. Everything you could possibly need is within walking or biking distance (which is also complimentary!). It isn't a party central which we liked, & they played well curated music on the beach. My only issue was when housekeeping did an evening clean/turn down service, they didn't refill our water jugs (which, for being in Mexico is important to have purified water at all times). After a night of drinking around the town, it would've been nice to have plenty of water so that felt inconvenient. Aside from that, the staff went above & beyond for us. The Whatsapp chat is very convenient too despite what other reviewers have said. We honestly can't wait to go back!!

Unique boutique hotel with just 12 rooms plus a villa. Staff are amazing and friendly. Location on the beach close to Sian Kaan is a huge plus.

This was our 2nd time here and we are already planning to book for next year. It’s really that good! Not often you find a hotel where you can’t think of anything they could improve on. Nest has nailed it! The vibe and ambience are really what shines for us.

Beautiful, luxury & boutique seaside hotel. Staff are all friendly & always on hand to offer help. It is a gorgeous view/beachfront. We initially had a problem with our room, but this was soon sorted to which we were very grateful. It is expensive, but as are all hotels along the beach in Tulum - Nest at least has one; if not the best, beachfront with great sun-loungers.
