When i made reservations trip.com charged while reservation.
When i checked in they asked for credit card deposit and they blocked approximately 600 usd .After hours again they charged full payment which i was paid to Trip.com already .when i called them they told me they did the recieved payment from trip.com.
So after some hour they called said sorry we did wrong while you check out we will return money.
It is about 1 week i am still waiting money to be returned to my credit card which was charged without my permission.By the way they wasn’t blocked anount they just charged 3700$ .About the rooms i never suggested bungoliw tents.insects everywhere ….

Amazing experience and service. From the moment that you arrive, they greet you with a fresh juice and helping you with the location of your room. The room was incredible and the food was so fresh I had no words with how impressed I was with the service and energy of the hotel. Also, the architecture and design was very inspiring! Thank you everyone who made my stay unforgettable. :) A few names I got to interact with were Joaquin, Chef Luis and Henrique, Ricardo, Gonzalo, Martina. There were more that made the stay magical, but overall, great team!

We stayed at Nomade Tulum from July 12–16 and had an unforgettable experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive—remembering our names, what we liked, and going out of their way to make sure we felt cared for. Every recommendation was thoughtful and pressure-free, and the energy of the resort was calm, soulful, and intentional. If you’re looking for a place in Tulum that truly nurtures your experience, Nomade is the one.

I planned a 50th birthday here. While the property is beautiful, the staff made a number of mistakes throughout our booking process that made the entire experience challenging. They made it difficult for anyone to adjust dates of travel and forgot to include breakfast in the booking for some of my guests, despite repeated confirmation via email. The fact that they changed their reservation system and staff made things especially challenging, and required extra effort on my part to get everything right.

We stayed in the bungalow which was wonderful except there was some animal that had made a nest and kept us up. However, I didn't mind and I loved everything about this hotel.Food and service was wonderful and easy...hardly left the hotel. Looking forward to coming back.

El hotel esta muy bonito tiene su vibra tulum , solo que en cuanto mi habitación regrese a casa enfermo por su mal diseño en la habitación, en relación al aire acondicionado que casi es de frente a la cama (según ellos alado pero pegaba directo y apagar el aire no era opción ) estuve 4 noches y que por desgracia la temporada no ayudó mucho por las montañas de sargazo y la invasión de los mosquitos que eso no es del hotel pero influye en como vives la experiencia en el lugar , también en la habitación te dejan cosas que piensas que esta incluido como las baritas de copal por los mosquitos y son de cobro, digo que se piensa que esta incluido por que no es un hotel barato y no ponen precio mas que en su menú de código qr

Linda experiencia, bonito hotel. Sin embargo, la playa está completamente llena de sargazo en esta época lo cual volvió completamente distnta la experiencia de hospedarse en un hotel así de lindo en la orilla de la playa.
