The area outside isn’t glamorous, but when you inside these enormous wooden doors, it’s incredibly impressive how they used fauna to create a truly unique atmosphere. What I REALLY liked was walking a block towards the water and there was an incredibly charming street of endless restaurants and cafe’s which contrasts the main road through town and the hoity toity-ness of the high end hotel scene. It felt super comfortable and I am VERY glad I stayed at this hotel.

With my girlfriend we went there to visit Tulum's area and work on remote so we needed a quiet place with a good location and good wifi for teleconference. Everything was perfect! Also Rafa the owner and his team are super nice people, always here to help. They gave us super good recommendations for restaurants, cenotes and ruins. We like to find hidden and amazing places with not to many tourists. Their advices were just perfect for that, and they do not have any financial interest in them. I travel a lot and I definitely recommend

Very charming hotel. Upon arrival we decided to upgrade to one of the lofts, which was almost twice the size of our room. Considering the price difference it was a no-brainer.
The staff has been very helpful with plenty of useful information for our stay.
We visited different areas of Tulum, because we were also looking for some land to buy, and La Veleta has been the by far the best neighborhood we tried. We had a good feeling of safety at all hours, reason why we indulged in several walks to bars and restaurants. For those like us who are into yoga, the hotel is 5 minutes away from a very famous holisitc center.

This was a truly great hotel. The rooms were immaculate and very tidy, the pool and grounds of the hotel were beautiful, and the service was by far the best I've ever received at any hotel. A really really good experience. Considering the cost this is a must stay in Tulum.

The staff (Gabriel and Rafael) made us feel home at all time. The location is perfect and the room is spacious/amazing. It was clean and the staff was happy to give out recommendations on restaurants, tours and taxi services. It’s a hidden gem in Tulum, I would recommend anybody to stay here when visiting Tulum.
