The hotel charged us about 20 Euros more than the quoted final price of our booking with ridiculous excuses about different conversion rates.
Our room, 2 Queen Beds Room, was next to the kitchen, which was operating all day to serve the beach, pool and restaurant area. Loud service staff and food smell accompanied us all day long. Towels were worn by use and full of brown spots. Breakfast was included but you only could have one thing, either an omelette or a pancake.

Nice hotel, especially for the price. Right on the ocean with hammocks and beds on the beach to use. It is a little farther from the town of Tulum and the taxis will rip you off, however it is a very nice location. Everyone who works there was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

Scrivo questa recensione al ritorno dalla vacanza in Messico, e mi spiace dare giudizi negativi ma in questo posto non sono stata bene! Sicuramente la maggiore responsabile della mia insoddisfazione è stata la presenza del sargasso, alga infestante, che ha reso impraticabile la spiaggia dell’hotel. Ma ci siamo sentiti abbandonati in un posto che sembrava lasciato a se stesso. Personale inesistente, non hanno neanche il telefono, per altro presente sul web. Alla reception dei tipi minimante interessati ai clienti. Guardavano video sul cellulare. La stanza in realtà era carina ma non all’altezza del prezzo! Trascuratezza in tutto. Doccia esterna non funzionante, piscina piccolissima. In ogni caso non dire che c’era un problema così grande con le alghe è già un segno di poca professionalità. Lo sconsiglio come sconsiglio Tulum, divenuta ormai una trappola per turisti.

The restaurant had delicious italian style food. They had homemade pasta and fresh delicious seafood. It was right on the beach and the aesthetic was cute and homey. In a nice area with boutiques and bars. The service was good and our food came out quickly.
