The hotel charged us about 20 Euros more than the quoted final price of our booking with ridiculous excuses about different conversion rates.
Our room, 2 Queen Beds Room, was next to the kitchen, which was operating all day to serve the beach, pool and restaurant area. Loud service staff and food smell accompanied us all day long. Towels were worn by use and full of brown spots. Breakfast was included but you only could have one thing, either an omelette or a pancake.

Nice hotel, especially for the price. Right on the ocean with hammocks and beds on the beach to use. It is a little farther from the town of Tulum and the taxis will rip you off, however it is a very nice location. Everyone who works there was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

The restaurant had delicious italian style food. They had homemade pasta and fresh delicious seafood. It was right on the beach and the aesthetic was cute and homey. In a nice area with boutiques and bars. The service was good and our food came out quickly.

Petit hôtel de charme, bois blanc et objets anciens… situé au début de la zone très touristique avec beaucoup de passage en journée mais les nuits calmes ! Chambre confortable (très bonne literie) équipée d’un coffre fort et d’un petit réfrigérateur et pour nous d’une terrasse. (Chambre A). Une petite piscine lorsque la mer est trop agitée et une douche extérieure pour se rincer. Sur la petite plage, des lits ombragés sont à votre disposition… Un service attentionné pour ses clients (espagnol et anglais). Le personnel est vraiment gentil Petit déjeuner simple : boisson chaude, jus de fruits, omelette garnie ou pancakes et fruits Stationnement possible à proximité pour 200 pesos par nuit
