Our stay at Tago Tulum was simply outstanding! The hotel itself is a paradise – the rooms look even better than in the photos, with spacious layouts, beautiful decor, and that perfect blend of luxury and Tulum’s bohemian style. The beachfront view and peaceful ambiance made it the ideal place to unwind.
What really made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional service, especially from Victor. He took care of everything we needed, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Victor’s warmth and attention to detail made us feel right at home – a true gem! Tago Tulum is a must for anyone visiting Tulum, and we can’t wait to return

The best hotel i have ever stayed in. Little peace of heaven. The suite has an incredible and unique style with a breathtaking view and a private pool.
The stuff was extremely nice and helpful with a constant smile everyday.
Plenty of restaurants, shops around and many spots for a night out.
I absolutely recommend this hotel I had a great stay.

Very nice hotel. A real 5 star hotel and the staff can not do enough. I would gladly come back. Only downside the algae on the beach but this is the case throughout the beach of Tulum

From all the photos it looked amazing! In reality it was disappointing. The room was good. Enjoyed the large double shower and the bed was comfortable. The bar had no atmosphere as no one really used it due to the high prices even on local drinks. The outdoor pool with looks large in the photos was tiny and more like a plunge pool. The beach bar /club was really poor consisting of a hut and old wooden tables and chairs! The seaweed covered beach was not their fault but in 4 days there was no effort to clear it. The staff were not really interested in serving the customers only the bill at the end where they just pushed for a tip even after just serving 2 drinks at the bar! Even for the included continental breakfast we were presented with a bill to sign and pushed for a tip? I found this tip hungry attitude off putting and made me less likely to tip!!

BAD : - Very disappointed that someone stole my jewelry from my room while we were out (felt safe, let them in my toiletry bag not in the safe...) I reported it to the hotel, but they didn't follow up. (No doubt about the story unfortunately... someone from the staff entered in our room...) - The private pool was very cold. - Food and drink prices are too high (though the happy hour on the beach was good). - Service is a bit slow, both in responding to questions and for room service (which already includes a 20% tip). GOOD : -Beautiful rooms (modern, big, well-decorated) -Calm -Private beach -Pretty good food at the restaurant - Staff is nice (except the one that stole my jewelry...)

We had an amazing honeymoon trip in tago tulum. This would not have been possible without the employees, they gave an amazing service and were always there to assist us. Carlos would make sure everyday we had our car ready to go. Never made us wait and was always so friendly. Andrea from the moment we got there greeted us with the biggest smile and brought us some drinks (on the house) to make us feel welcome. Mateo and Miguel were always on stand by when we were at the beach, or when we were dining downstairs. They would give an amazing service and always were polite. Monica and Andrea would always greet us, and make us feel welcome every time we walked into the hotel. I had an incident where i lost my phone on the beach and the whole team helped me look for it. Juan Carlos, was great he was there every step of the way trying to make sure we recovered my phone. I recovered my phone a day after thanks to the whole team keeping an eye out. During that time i had lost my phone, Monica came by and gave my wife and a strawberry smoothie that she paid for. Also her and Andrea bought us some deserts from the tago tulum menu and sent them to our room, to try and cheer me up. I did end up finding my phone and they were all so happy for me. The worst part of this trip was honestly leaving the employees and having to say goodbye. We will be back soon, thank you Tago Tulum and thank you, Andrea, Monica, Mateo, Miguel, Carlos and Juan Carlos i believe. - Ligia and Christian.

The room was great. The breakfast was pretty good. The beach was ok. We chose this hotel because it stated a minimum age of 12 at check-in. We were a couple looking for a child free vacation. The day after we checked in we discovered they allow babies. Not a problem, but don't advertise yourself as minimum age hotel. We would have made a different choice for our stay.
